Days Hotel - Hotel Circle

The room was clean and fresh. We were surprised to find a full kitchenette. It would be perfect for anyone wanting to cook rather than eat out.

"DaysHotel " was not what I had expected. It is basically a typical motel. On-line promotion made it seem more appealing. Location is car oriented. OK for quick stay.

The hotel was not what it looked in the photos. The pool was dirty & people were drinking alcohol in the pool area. Housekeeping was cleaning are rooms in the evening???? So when we were in during the day I flagged down a housekeeper to change for new towels... The beds felt uncomfortable, the sheets felt like plastic. The hotel seemed to be in a shady part of town. Example: we arrived in late in the evening & I saw a few shady people looking into cars..........The hotel has no security.. I won't be coming back to this hotel or will I be giving it a good rating. The photos were misleading & so were the details of the hotel on the website. Thank you

Like all the hotels on Hotel Circle in San Diego, this one could use some updating on the outside. The room itself was big and clean and had a nice microwave and small fridge. However, the reason I didn't rate it as high as it could be was because it's right on the the 8 freeway and quite noisy from traffic noise and even people walking by. It would be much better if hit had double pane windows. The walls are also thin. A radio alarm went off at 4am in the next room which I assume was empty, and stayed on. It woke me up and I could not go back to sleep since it stayed on. A good thing is that the bed was comfortable, there is a good restaurant attached to the hotel, and the price was very good when pre-paid. I would stay again but would take earplugs.

Had a great weekend. Did alot of shopping and eating during our visit to San Diego. Weather was amazing. Only complaint was that the restaurant was late opening so we had to go somewhere else to eat for breakfast. Other than that, it was a really good experience for us.

Days Hotel made us feel extra welcoming when just arriving offered me a wheelchair since I had fractured my ankle that made me feel they really care for their visitors. Also very clean place, left for an adventure in San Diego Zoo had a ride with the complementary shuttle and came back and our room was cleaned and ready for us ;)

The hotel was older, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and equiped with a coffee maker (very important to me!!) and a microwave. The bed was as comfortable as a 4-5 star hotel. Location was perfect for access to downtown transportation, plenty of good eating establishments. the pool had sun in early part of the day and the picture is accurate. I would gladly stay here again!

I was expecting to come to the hotel and stay there only to sleep - I have my job (shaperoning the chess 9-graders team). Days Hotel was perfect for that, distance to where I need to be - 5 minutes walking. I am 100% satisfied.

The hotel provided easy to follow instructions to every sight-seeing location in the area. Hotel Circle was right off the freeway providing quick and easy access to whichever freeway was needed and was near malls, restaurants, and grocery stores. The rooms were clean. We usually had to call for one or two items forgotten by housekeeping staff such as cleanex or mugs but they brought them right over. The pool and jaccuzi were clean. It was great having a fridge and microwave in the room.They provided beach towels and the tv worked perfect. Some of the hotel staff, Alex and one other guy, went above and beyond their duties and provided insider information that made our sight-seeing better. We would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

This was a great place to stay for what we needed it for. The most important thing for the wife is that it is clean, and it was very clean and neat. Amenities were fine, I LOVED the shower. First place in a long time that didn't have stupid low flow shower heads. Water came out hard and hot! Mini-Fridge included which was also nice. Nice location, easy to get to the mall, or to the Hillcrest area which had some fun dining and shopping. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The only down side was the parking. The lot was full in the evenings on the weekends, so the security guard had to manufacture places for us to park. All in all I would stay again for the location and the shower!
