It was fine, breakfest was O.K., fairly easy to get to. No fridge. All in all a clean room and area.

Convenient location!
You can't beat the location for the price! My friend and I were in town for a concert for the weekend and had never been to San Diego. Front desk was helpful when we couldn't use the wireless to lookup public transportation. Someone appeared within 10 min to help us out! We were able to get everywhere from this location using the MTA: old town, mission beach, gas lamp district!

Just a place to stay.
The hotel itself is fairly decent. Decor was pretty nice and it had good amenities. The continental breakfast wasn't great though. I'm not exactly expecting Denny's here, but perhaps a second waffle maker would be worthwhile when you have a line out the door on a Wednesday morning. Cereal was either empty or a mess. Other than breakfast my only complaint was parking. Having to pay $5 to park for the night isn't a big deal. Having to pay $5 to park nowhere near my room is kind of annoying. I would suggest numbering your spots so that they would apply to a single room and that people who disobey could be towed, but that's just me. Overall, its not bad for the locational convenience of Sea World.

Old Town is pretty close to the hotel and provides local entertainment and good food. A good way to spend a couple hours if you have the time.

fun and exciting vacation!
The hotel was in a perfect location for all the activities on our agenda, which included, Old Town, Sea World, San Diego Zoo and the Wild Animal Park. The room was a little small and dated, but cleaned nicely everyday. Not a 5 star but great for the price!

Fun in SD
Nice location. 15 mins from downtown SD, Convention Center and Petco Park. 10 mins from 2 major malls. 10 mins from the airport. Rooms are average, clean and well maintained. Breakfast included. Nice to pickup a muffin and some juice before heading out.

Short 10-15 min drive to 2 malls and downtown. Better restaurants near the mall and downtown, rather than close to the hotel. Highway and surface streets can get backed up during rush hour traffic.

Good location for the zoo & sea world
If all you need is a place to rest your head at night...this hotel is a good location for the San Diego Zoo & Sea World. However the room was very small and cramped.and absolutely no room to move around in the bathroom.

Good place to stay when going to Petco
The staff was friendly. The room was small but clean. The location was very good. Only 10 minutes away from Petco Park. I would stay there again if I went to see another ballgame.

Good location, good price
Went to San Diego for my sister's graduation and it was a holiday weekend so we decided to stay 3 nights. Hotel is in a good location, short drive to downtown and the beaches. Pleasent and quiet stay while we were there. Bathroom had a poor layout. Shower was not separated from the rest of the bathroom, so when you showered the whole floor got all wet. Parking lot layout also not too good, however, there was always a open spot. Other than that not half bad for the price. Pretty comfortable bed. You're getting what you pay for. I would stay there again.

comfortable but noisy
This motel style facility is so noisy in the mornings, we were woken up at 6:00 am by children and people screaming and playing just outside our rooms, and although the beds were very comfortable, and is so well located, I dont think we are coming back to this hotel.
