The Best Western Yacht Harbor Hotel has views of San Diego Harbor and is close to the city's major attractions and business centers. The Best Western Yacht Harbor Hotel lobby has views of the hotel pool and the harbor, giving it a great atmosphere for meetings. The hotel fitness center includes elliptical machines, exercise bikes, weights and a treadmill. The pool and Jacuzzi are great for relaxing after touring the city or attending business meetings. The hotel has a business center, equipped with a printer and pc for the use of guests and there is also a flexible workspace for delegates using their own laptops.

Good for the Price
Hotel was clean, staff was capable. Our balcony was 4 feet over the parking lot with a wonderful view of the Holiday Inn next door. Wireless signal was weak, good thing the Holiday Inn signal was strong and unencrypted so we used that instead. Walking distance to sport fishing boats and a few nice restaurants across the street. Room was quiet, Good value for the money.

Good for the price
Good hotel. Locks on doors need to be fixed! We had a hard time getting in with key cards! Overall a good stay!

Best Western- Best Rate and Accomodation
They cleaned the room every day. The free breakfast (buffet style)had a lot of choices. This and the free parking had saved us a lot of money for our 5-day stay. Moreover, its location is very strategic- close to everything- restaurants, churches, amusement parks, supermarkets and groceries, etc. When we visit San Diego again, we'll definitely stay at Best Western Yacht Harbor again.

SDSU weekend graduation
Our visit to SD was for my nephew's graduation. The hotel is down the street from the airport as well many interesting sights and events going on this weekend. It was easily accessable for my mother who was using a wheelchair. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our stay was quite pleasant.

Old town had a place called Crazee Burgers which was fun and not too packed....excellent burgers with a variety including vegetarian as well as sea food. We ate and drank beer for a great price!

The hotel has a shuttle that will take you, but if you like to walk it is a nice walk to resturants and the aircraft carrier or a boat ride to Coronado Island. The hotel is in a great location, it was clean and the breakfast was very adequate.

good location, bit deceptive
the hotel is in a good location and near almost everything. the rooms were clean and the parking was free. the bads were that they advertise that they are on the harbor, but they are actually across the street. also, the outside is not very appealing nor is the parking area. overall a good experience with nice clean staff and free breakfast.

Overlooks Shelter island Yacht Basin. View room worth the extra money. Free shuttle service to airport, cruise, and railway terminas. Shuttle available to other locations, if not servicing above. Renovations (done?) did not disrupt us at all.
