My husband and I had a nice experience. Room was pretty and outside courtyard was beautiful. We only stayed one night but next time we're in SD we'll stay here again. We got a great rate from here, hopefully next time we will too!

Excellent experience overall. In town to visit friends and attend Old Globe play.It is so centrally located and just minutes to everything. Staff was friendly and efficient. My room was larger then I expected, very clean with a great, easy to use LG TV. On site restaurant was a breakfast blessing on busy sight seeing mornings. Lots of parking and free room wifi. I will stay there again!

Great value choice
Having been stationed in San Diego for 3 years, coming back to visit was just a return to my "other home." This location in Hotel Circle was a great central location with easy access to the 8. After that, all of San Diego was just a short highway trip away. The room I was in had a shared door with the next room, which I was unfortunate enough to be next to people that hosted a hotel room party. It was loud in our room, which I guess was from the shared door, rather than thin walls. The staff was kind and considerate, I would definitely stay again.

Great place for business trips
This hotel had everything I needed (outside of a continental breakfast). Workout room, 2 Jacuzzi spas, heated pool, clean rooms, and a nice restaurant.

Overall the hotel was fine. I like the little restaurant in there because there isn't much within walking distance to eat. The location was great because I could walk over to the convention center in less than 5 minutes. And the price was fine too, much less than if I had stayed at the convention center hotel. The room was very clean and not too crowded. My only issue is the lack of hot water. Lukewarm showers get old after a few days. And I wasn't always taking them during the peak morning hours either. And the air conditioner was very loud, it was difficult to watch tv or sleep with it running. Overall though it wasn't bad for the price.

Perfect for one night
I was in the Hillcrest area of San Diego for work and I needed a place for just one night. I don't need anything fancy - just a clean room with your basic cable channels and internet. I liked the cleanliness of the room and overall it was very comfortable. I also liked the free parking. The only downer was that the wireless internet was choppy. But it was free as well so I guess I can't complain. Although if I had to do serious work I'd be really angry about it. Overall, this place exceeded my needs. Good motel for the location/price.
