Bay Inn and Suites

A modest hotel but excellent value with clean rooms, free parking and internet good location with easy highway access; active neighborhood for bars, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Good hotel when just needing a room; no in-hotel activities or resources.

good position near the airport, perfect for a one night rest after an intercontinental flight. Very helpful staff. Room was small but clean and very quiet.

It was a HORRIBLE experience, not only does the hotel staff STEAL, but they clearly don't have a clue about good customer service. I have NEVER in my life been treated with so much disrespect. My friend and I got back from being out and i found her panties sitting on top of my bag and my swimsuit was missing, i never found it. When i went to the front desk to complain, the girl, [...], extremely rude person, kept saying this has never happened and did not care to do anything about the situation. Basically called me a liar repeatedly saying that it has never happened and that there was nothing she could do. She pretended to call the manager, i never got a call from either manager. I told her that we will not be staying a second night and that i expected a full refund. I called [...], who by the way, also very rude. They gave me the run around about the refund, spent an hour on the phone with them. I am still waiting on my refund, if i do not receive it within 5 days, i will be doing something about it. Overall, I would NOT AT ALL recommend this hotel to ANYONE unless you want your panties grabbed by sick perverts and your swimsuit stolen and be treated horribly when speaking to the front dest about how uncomfortable you feel at their hotel. I, nor my friend or ANYONE of our friends, family and coworkers will EVER stay at this hotel again.

It was a great location, less than a mile from Old Town, with easy access to public transit. A short walk gives access to a bus stop that is only 20 mins from Mission/Pacific Beaches. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I would stay there again.

it was just ok to stay for short travel. free breakfast was not okay though. The heating system smells terrible. The location was good.

We were just in and out cause we had to go to a wedding but it was confterbale and since it all non smoking you dont get the cheap hotel smell!!!

There was a problem with the guests in the room next to mine making noise late into tthe evening. The hotel staff came by, and tried reasoning with them in the hallway for 15-20 minutes. The manager was diplomatic to a fault- she should have just said "we don't want to lose you, but you must knock off the disturbance or we will be forced to evict you" and walk away. Also, it takes forever to get hot water for a shower-doesn't matter the time of day or late at night. On the second day of my stay, the room service forgot to replace my drinking cups- I had to call and ask for some. The "Continental" breakfast is woefully inadequate. The room was very clean and the furnishings were newer. Oh, for a family experience, it's located directly across the street from a strip club (yes, that kind of strip club), although it didn't present any problems with noise, traffic, crime, etc. during my stay.

No remote, room smelled like a bug bomb was just set off. I filled out the maintenance ticket on the remote and talked to the front desk the first two nights, and didn't get the remote till the last night. The last day I was there I tried to use the microwave to find out the outlet it was plugged in to was not functioning. If you want to visit the Hustler club then this is the place.

I did not stay at the hotel, they wanted to charge an additional security deposit which I did not wish to pay, plus it did not appear to be a hotel that suited me. So, can you please refund all my money!

The air traffic noise is unbearable here. Has no sound insulation at all (no double plane windows,wall insulation between rooms, you can hear your neighbors taking a shower). Had to move to a better location and it was still bad. The front desk charge me and extra $10 a night even i explain the noise is unbearable and the Hotel Was Vacant. Please don't stay here or you will regret it. 2 Thumbs Down
