Good value

I stayed here while attending a conference in the Hilton resort. Far cheaper, free wifi, clean and tidy, can't complain. It was a little more than a mile of walk from the conference center, but that was ok for me. The only little gripe I had was that there wasn't much within walking distance to see in the city. But I say I got what I paid for, me happy.

Great value

We enjoyed staying here. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Good value for the price. It was easy to get around with the highway so close. Pool was very small -if you come with children you might want to think about that.

Nice and Quiet

My wife and I got away from the cold for a few days and stayed at the Best Western Mission Bay while in San Diego. It was just off the I5 far enough to be nice and quiet but easy to get to. Rooms were decent, but no one told us the pool was down for maintenance until we got there. It never did open when they said it would, but not a big deal to us. Very affordable and comfortable - would stay again.

Pretty good

Not out of the world. Just a simple hotel, you go there, stay and move out. Expect no more. But no hassles either :-)

Very good experience

The hotel was reasonably priced and the room was sufficiently clean. The bathroom seemed to have recently been renovated and a new LG LCD TV was also pretty good. The best thing was the breakfast. The breakfast area was very crowded every morning but the staff kept adding more foods very quickly and the variety of foods (including hot scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, waffle, etc.) was way better than what you can normally expect from other similarly-priced hotels. Overall our family (two adults with two kids under 6) had a very good experience during the three-day stay in this hotel.

Family vacation

Very good hotel, clean and well managed. Breakfast was very good, with hot meals: eggs in several ways each day and waffles. Staff was nice. I would come back. And location, just 10 minutes drive -or less- to Sea World and to many places through I5
