This is an older motel that looks to have been recently renovated inside and out. The location was great and had easy access to freeways and all the attractions of the bay area. The room was comfortable with a great bed, flat screen tv and free
internet. The breakfast was minimal but it was plenty for me. The front desk staff were great and I would be happy to stay here again.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short drive from hotel
Downtown San Carlos along :Laurel Street was charming with many great restaurants and stores.
One day they missed providing toiletries.
we stayed here to vist sfo city but the staff mis-guided on the train route and we wasted close to 3 hours in a day..
the hotel is in very calm locality and we found major fast food restaurants around
and the hotel is very close to train station.
basic amenities were present and we enjoyed our stay other than listed above.
worth the money spent
Hotel was not bad for the price. Pool was nice, being the weather was hot. Pool not heated but still nice. Quiet for being on the El Camino and staff were accommodating. Carpet a little damp near air conditioner, but other than that not bad. We
would stay again when visiting!
