Very nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff - highly recommended
I arrived and was greeted with very friendly staff who checked me in quickly and saw me to my room. The room was large, comfortable, clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was included and was also very good. Can't really think of a negative comment to make. I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to choose it again in the future.

beautiful eclectic place
The hotel was gorgeous. The amenities were more than expected. The rooms are small, but comfortable. The hotel is @ 1mile from the BART which is a little out of the way. The location is not in the best of town, but there is a Target nearby. Very happy with our stay. It truly is a lovely hotel for a weekend get away!

Great Stay
Had meeting with YouTube, which is just a mile away. I loved the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that I got during check in. The free parking is easy and very convenient. There's nothing I hate more than feeling ripped off when I park so the free parking was a huge bonus for me. The free wi-fi was also an excellent feature. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Great room.

1st class stay!
I stayed over the weekend for a conference at the San Francisco Airport Convention Center. The stay was VERY close to perfect. Very quiet. Very clean. Very safe. Very close to the Convention Center and an easy drive (once the GPS figured out I didn't need to go onto the freeway). Staff was friendly and considerate. The only concerns: pool was under routine maintenance/cleaning (but acutally good to know), the Room Service is not in-house and is a long distance call (had I known I'd have used my cell and not the room phone), and the garage, like almost every private parking structure in San Francisco is quite tight, that's it, and I am a picky person. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

"Room service" wasn't too highly priced, food was ok (pizza and "Mediterranean"). Good especially since I was tired and wasn't feeling adventerous. (Beware the fridge is a room fridge and does not fit even a small pizza box, but does fit a 2 liter. & DON'T USE the room phone!long distance call $$$

almost perfect stay!
It is a very beautiful and cozy hotel in San Bruno, very close to the airport of SFO, and this hotel has almost every thing you need for a short business trip. They have free shuttle taxi for guests between the airport and the hotel, free breakfast(although it is not very richful but it is enough), free internet wireless, minibar, coffee/tea maker, microwave(it is very good for families, you could bring food and heat them in the room), safe, bathtub, hairdryer, all the needful amendities, they even have shower globes, the bed is big and soft, and another surprise for you is, they have a free spa place for all the guests, that is an absolutely good treat for you after a long day trip. Although it is not a big hotel, but it is definitely much better than many big hotels in SF. The hotel owner must have his/her own artistic eye for decoration, when you enter the hotel, you would 100% love it. [...] It was totally a pleasant surprise! U would never regret to choose this hotel, since the price is more than reasonable comparing its facilities and service.The only thing I would like to remind you is, you have to be careful to choose the food on the menu for the room service, since they don't have self-own restaurant, all the room-service food could only be ordered from outside restaurant, I didn't have the good experience, but that is not their fault.This hotel, I really love, you would love as well! Next time I would still stay there for 100% sure! Villa Montes, GOOD FOR YOU!

Fantastic Quaint Boutique Hotel!!!
absolutely fantastic in every way imagineable from price, to cleanliness, a gem in the neighborhood. had a fantastic experience based on other online reviews. all good! only thing is, that its fairly close to airport so we did hear a few planes fly overhead, but it did not continue into the night and keep us up all night. thank god!
