We were at the hotel for 4 days and not once did anyone come in to clean the suite nor make the beds. When the dirty towels were finally taken out, I had to call to get clean towels. They were not delivered until Monday at 5:00 P.M., the day before we were leaving. On a positive note, the breakfast that was offered was very good

Very Nice, Clean, Accomodating
This was a wonderful place except for the planes that occasionally flew overhead. Really that was the only drawback. It was clean, had a wonderful continental breakfast and very easily accessed from airport, freeway, etc...It was a nice place to relax after a busy San Francisco itinerary....

We didn't have any trouble getting from the airport or anywhere that needed a freeway access. It was in a very accomodating location!

I was looking for 3 ammeneties in my hotel choice and this one was the only option that offered all 3. I was very happy with my selection.

Long walk from hotel
traveling to Pier 39 was was long, fron the hotel it was about a two block walk to BART and then a ride on the cable car to the Pier,after walking around the Pier all day and then having to walk back to the hotel was tiresome. We didn't find out until the last day that the hoel offered rides to BART.

Excellent value and location
For the money, you can't beat the features. Across the freeway from the airport, close to San Francisco, and everything you could use in a room is there. Additionally, a more than adequate breakfast is available every morning, and I also appreciated the free laundry (you have to buy the soap, but that's to be expected). Friendly staff, absolutely surrounded by shopping opportunities (groceries, you name it) and just down the street from BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) which we used several times to get to The City instead of driving.

You'll need groceries, and across the street is a full shopping center, including a bank. You won't need to travel far to stock up if you're staying for any length of time.

Enjoyable Stay
Really enjoyed the hotel suite layout. Worked great. Continental breakfast was very good and menu changed daily. Location fit my needs exceedingly well. Located south of city but very easy to get downtown. Next to BART entrance, 15 minutes from airport, across street from shopping center, and 15 minutes to bridge to east bay. Staff was extremely helpful.
