Good Hotel for a Good Rate
My overall experience was Good. The cost for the hotel was awesome! The breakfast was average, nothing special. The walls seemed paper thin, as I was kept up by the next room over. I would recommend this hotel.

A little bit of privacy
Came here for two reasons: 1) privacy, 2) close to my destination: San Mateo. Came back for a friend's wedding in San Mateo and also wanted to spend alone time with the boyfriend. This place was cheap, free parking (major plus), and not too far from San Mateo. Can't say much about the quality of the room, but didn't expect much-- it's a room with a bed and a bathroom. The bed wasn't too comfortable, the bathroom could be a little bit cleaner, but I didn't feel dirty either. Bottom line: it got the job done.

VERY EASY
this hotel was very accomidating, good room service options, and the free airport shuttle was very helpful and saved on time.

Nice stay

Good local food nearby including an excellent new Chinese restaurant, Yunnan cuisine noodle shop. 2 Pizza joints deliver.

Nice Breakfast Included
The two best things I can say are the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Also, they have a full breakfast setup every morning which is very nice. The down side is the carpet in the room was so dirty my new white socks were actually black on the bottom. The bathroom floor is very slick even when dry. I slipped and fell one night in my bare feet. The bedding was also old and didn't seam to fit the bed.

The hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. PROS: Room clean and smells good. High ceilings. Continental breakfast was great. Free Parking. Comfy bed and pillows. Staff very attentive and friendly. Hotel location close to everything - shopping, restaurants, Bart, etc. Price is EXCELLENT. They let me check in early and check out late :) CONS: Noisy vent in the bathroom

Not as comfy as I would have liked.
Beds were very hard. Bedding not comfy or plush. Water was scalding, even from the sink. Front desk did finally change our room but not til the next day. TV remote only worked to change channels, not volume or to turn on/off. The good thing is that hotel is located near the airport and they do shuttle to and from. If you miss the hotels continental breakfast, be prepared to either walk a distance or take the bus. I would not stay here again.

I would stay in the future!
I had my reserves base on some bad comments about service and cleanest. But the services was great, the front desk girl was very helpful, we got there way early and she happily kept our lugged,So we could go have lunch and walk around and come back just at time to check in, the room was clean, the microwave and fridge were very convenience. Overall our experience was good and I would recommend this hotel for the price great value!!.
