Courtyard by Marriott San Francisco Airport

We picked this hotel because we knew what to expect. We were not going there for the hotel, but needed a nice place to stay when we weren't doing what we went there to do. Like all Courtyards, it is nice, clean, and the staff is nice. We were surprised by the bistro in the lobby but did not have the opportunity to use it.

Hotel was easy to find, and [...] they gave you the view of the parking lot and freeway. Although not nice for a vacation, it did make it convenient to unpack the suitcases, and repack and leave as soon as possible. There were many vacant rooms on the garden side, away from the noise of the freeway[...]. Besides the noise of the huge jumbo jets (at least three through out the night and early morning), you can hear people talking in the hallway, and guest walking in their room above you. Very annoying. Stay away if you want a good night sleep. [...]

our stay was misable. I would never stay there again. the toilet pape dispenser was aweful. the carpet was wet. we asked for additional pillows and they brought only two. [*]

I ended up staying at this hotel while attending a conference that was sold out at the hosting hotel. While at my stay, I used the treadmills. They were great to use-- but I didn't have headphones and I think it would have been nice if the treadmills were cleaned more often due to other peoples sweat. The staff was extremely helpful.

We were so delighted to see the appearance of the room. Decoration was done beautifully, refreshing to stay at such a nice hotel. Wanted to drive to San Francisco but discovered the BART was near by so we took advantage of it. How wonderful it was to not have to hassle with parking on the Bay! Would highly recommend to friends.

For a 3 star hotel, you can't expect much, but the rooms could use updating. The bed wasn't very comfortable, there was a smell in the room, and the t.v. was an old tube tv. Toiletries are minimal (no lotion), and there was no hairdryer in theroom.

the staff was very friendly,the room was very clean,there was no noise,the food was very tasty,i didn't use the pool,very close to the mall and B.A.R.T. and the shuttle to and from the airport was perfect(5 min.'s)I met a lady and we went downtown,fishermans wharf and on a cruise around the bay.I would definetly stay at this motel again.

On our trip we stayed at hotels in Hollywood, San Diego and San Francisco. This hotel was by far the best. Rooms were quiet with free parking, free internet, three computers for use in lobby, nice fitness area, pool, spa, running path on paved bay trail, newer very clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, tub area was separated from sink area by a door, which is nice when four people are in a room. If you search well enough, you can find good discounts for this hotel. My only real complaint is the absence of a refrigerator in the hotel room.

Could not connect to US Air in the lobby on 2 different computers. No USA Today Pay for breakfast

Hotel was in a great location. Very clean rooms. friendly staff. Nice dining room in lobby, but there was not the free breakfast that was advertised on this site.
