Ovwernight to catch flight
I chose this because of the Comfort Suite name. It is in a dumpy location, staff is not friendly, had to be moved twice to find a clean room.

Easy goin'
convenient to SFO airport
I was looking for some place close due to an early flight the next day as well as shuttle service to/from the airport. I had a rental car to return which I did the night before my flight. Dropping the car off and getting the shuttle back to the hotel was very easy. It was also easy to get to the check-in counter the next morning. This hotel is near shopping areas if you have a car. Not much is near for those without transportation. Because it's so near the airport, air traffic is noisy but easily diminished with ear plugs. The bed was firm; no matter what hotel I use, the pillows could be better. They were too soft, for my taste. The room was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator in my room did not work, not a big deal, because I did not need to use it.

Short drive from hotel
I don't remember the area where I drove but it had a Trader Joe's, Khol's and other well known businesses. It would have been too far to walk, I think. Gas stations were also around to fill up car rental tanks.

Excellent value near SFO
Great location - close to SFO, BART and CalTrain stations. Very courteous and helpful staff. Convenient pickup and drop off at SFO. We commend this hotel to value conscious travelers.

We enjoyed our stay very much.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was the perfect distance from the airport and very importantly, easy to find. We were from out of town and this was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The shuttle service was exactly what we needed. All employees were very polite, knowlegable and friendly.

Adequate
A no frills hotel thats got to be the most convenient to the airport. It was the last pickup before heading to the airport, so I was there in less than five minutes. The neighborhood that its located is kind of scary. I walked from the BART station which is about four blocks. Honestly it didn't feel very safe.
