Freindly, Convenient, Family Oriented
Room was nice. Wireless was free. The light in the bathroom was out when we arrived, called the front desk, they said maintenance was gone for the day but would fix it tomorrow. The next day came in andit still wasn't fixed, come to find out maintenance was off for the day. So I had to bug them and finally the front desk girl and the head of housekeeping came down to put in a new bulb. Told the head of housekeeping I wondered how well the bathroom was cleaned since the light was out when we arrived, shuldn't the housekeeper have reported that? They didn't seem to care. Overall it was good. Oh, but the bed was sooooo soft, bouncy soft, not comfortable for me since I sleep on a firm mattress at home.

Missing Smoked Salmon!
The Residence Inn At Salinas was comfortable. The Bath room is small with poor ventilation. The vanity area provided a iron board which we used for a suitcsae stand. House keeping was confused concerning when we were to check out and even though we placed the no room service on the door they made up the bed and wrongfully took SOME SMOKED SALMON WHICH WAS A GIFT from the refergerator. The rest of the items were not removed Soda, Water, food items, Crown Royal booze!!!!! I am veary disturbed!
