Great room.

Perfect location, can't miss it from the freeway. Room was clean, carpet a bit old, but ok. Staff was ok. For the value, this is a great deal.

Stay somewhere else!

The room and carpet unclean. We had a non smoking room that smelled like a smoking room. Didn't feel our car was safe and secure in parking lot. The people next door were very loud between 1 and 3 a.m. They even had the light bulbs and lighting fixtures in our room vibrating! The bed was uncomfortable. Air conditioner/heater was noisy. Not located in a good area of Salinas.

Quiet place for Rest, then on to the Fun!

This hotel was a nice one for the price. We stayed 2 nights and upgraded to a larger room the second night stay for a small additional charge. The staff were just great! I had them fix a burnt out light with No problems and in a timely manner. We felt safe there and Monterey was right down the road for our Saturday enjoyment. Sunday we enjoyed the John Steinbeck Museum right there along with some local downtown restaurants and pubs! We had a great time and will come back to this hotel again.

Excellent Family Road Trip

My experience at the Good Nite inn was an exceptional stay. First of all I would like to say that Beeson the Manager at this location provided excellent customer service. He took the time to listen to our needs and made sure our stay was a comfortable one. His character showed professionalism & made us feel like family. Second, housekeeper Susanna is amazing. She made sure our room was tidy & went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. Again Many thanks & would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I am one happy cutomer!

Bed was too soft

For the price it was a very good deal and they even give you muffin, coffee and juice in the morning. My bed was too soft, and they had also left the remote control without batteries and I was already in my pj's and didn't want to bother the front desk, but otherwise I was very happy with the room.

Desperate in Salinas

Short staffed, less than polite reception, delay in room availability, made to rush "get out" says staff, the next morning when I was 15 min late leaving. And I am handicapped! Thanks, JJ

OK Stay

The room was new and clean. No fridge of microwave. The TV picture had lines and swigles, more on some channels than others. The cable had few channels compared to satilite. They couldn't fix it or get me annother room. The laundry mat was too expensive.

Oh Well!

Well, My experience lacked alot. It looked like the bed sheets were not changed, but just covered up. Very wrinkled. Maybe they were old and wrinkled and did not fit the bed. Worst room, but I was to tired to ask for another one.
