Quality executive and family rooms available. River recreation areas, historical Old Town, State Capitol Building, and major sports and concert arenas within 5 miles. Shopping, and business/industrial centers nearby. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Airport shuttle 24 hours. Pet Accommodation: 25.00 per stay. Pet Limit: 2 pet per room. 50 pounds and under. Pool and hot tub are only open seasonly from April through November. Free airport shuttle service. Worst Customer Service Ever

I've booked my reservation with and checked in; however, I got charged for a room and the staff denied that they charged me extra. I was able to provide evidence of the reservation and the bank statement that they charged me extra in order for them to reverse those charges. And the front desk employees are always rushing you, which leads to mistakes and miscommunications. In addition, your questions never gets answer. Therefore, I had to wait and still is waiting for their manager to call me. DON'T STAY HERE, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

Visiting family

My husband and I were both disappointed by this hotel. While it does offer small breakfast, it was nothing special and we ended up eating out anyway! The room smelled funny! It was loud and the walls were thin/front door had open gap to outside. The shower was awful, the curtain was broke and kept sliding to the center (couldn't keep the water in). The pool needed some tending to. The beds were AWFUL. I thought I had lost my camera and called the hotel to ask them to check my room (after check out). The front desk lady said she would check and asked if she could call back in 15 minutes.... I never ever recieved a call back from them (found my camera in one of my bags). This shows their lack of concern as they didn't even check or want to notify me that they didn't find it. The location was fine as far as being close to various things, but we didn't feel entirely safe there. Our room was right next to a 24 hour Carl's Jr. so we heard the cars and people ordering ALL night long. Also, there were some shady characters there.... guess you get what you pay for. Would never stay again!

Good location

Okay room, just needed a room to sleep for the night. Good front desk service, upgraded me to a king size bed because no rooms with a queen were clean at the time.

Quality Inn Natomas-Sacramento

The hotel was adaquate. It did not stand out as a shining experience but it met our needs. It was quite considering how close it was to the highway, however the walls were very thin and thankfully we had a considerate neighbor. If you're looking for a place that is decent without having to worry too much about your safety and your vehicle, this place works. There was enough lighting to help with security and on the plus side, there were plenty of fast food resturaunts right there.

We ate at a close steakhouse that was delicious. You could throw your peanuts on the floor and just relax and have a good time. The service was AWESOME, they were all about the customer

Would not recommend...

Stayed at the Hotel cause it was close to our venue.. Arco Arena.. What a horrible motel.. Asked for a NON smokin room.. ya right!! We got the dirtiest, smelliest room you could imagine.. The front desk was a joke.. To say the least and the room was filthy.. Please DON'T go here.. It's bad.. Please learn from our mistake.. I am one that doesn't complain but this place ruined our trip.. I didn't even want to sleep in my bed without my clothes on.. Never mind touching the wife... That bad

You're nuts if you stay here.....

They advertise 24 hour shuttle.... the hotel is 5 miles on the freeway from the airport... called 5 times for the shuttle... each time they said it was on it's way... ended up taking a taxi to the hotel.... The return back to the airport... only runs every two hours in the early morning... had to get to the airport two hours earlier than needed to... The management would not accept responsibility for their errors... the moring shuttle driver overheard my complaints... and stated that's not the first time that's happened. When I complained to management, they wanted to know who ratted out the other driver... Family owned and operated....You would be best served to stay away.

will not return there even if its free

the receptionist was rude, she insisted I booked a "smoking room" even when she was presented my email confirmation -which clearly specified a "non smoking" room reservation.

Fine room, no frills

Great location and fairly quiet, however room is very simple, no fridge or microwave, TV had about 20 channels. Queen bed was fine.
