Good Place to Stay
The hotel is located in an easy to find location for anyone coming into the airport and/or traveling on interstate 80. The help is very friendly and efficent; the rooms comfortable. I will stay there next time I travel to the area.

Good location for the price
We were in Sacramento for a wedding. This location was good for us. The room & breakfast were completely adequate. Nearby restaurants were convenient - walk to two of them.

Get away!
Rooms were fairly clean except the floor. Went barefoot and bottom of feet were black from the carpet.

Disappointed in SD
Not as expected
The hotel is much older and smaller than it appears in the photo. The room was very small. Checked out immediately upon finding a dead bug in the bed sheets. Did not stay.

Bad memories
The room was non-smoking but it smelled cigarettes when we came. Bath tab was really dirty. The floor was not clean at all. Carpet was dirty too.

La Quinta Inn --avoid if you can!
I was there on business for 3 days/2 nights. The hotel was run down, VERY NOISY, cars honking and running engine at 2am, cold, free high speed internet wasnt available in all rooms/at all times--because of that I was almost late for my flight! Rooms are NOT very clean or comfortable. They said free breakfast--none was available. Room was cold--I had to run AC all night...Broken sockets, dirty bath tub, low quality supplies (soap, towels, everything!) When it was time to leave I tried to check out of the hotel at 5am and was unpleasantly surprised that noone answered the phone at the front desk. When I went there to find out --the lobby was locked, noone was at the front desk!!!! I left the key in the room and when I called from LA at 11 am --the receptionist was finally back and said that she would check me out! They also do not cancel reservations like other hotels do when given 24 hour notice--so you end up paying 70-100% . Avoid it if you can.

I rented a car and was pleased that gas station was right on the way to the car rental return--I didnt have to look for it.

Clean and Friendly
The booking was easy enough [...]. The price and location are nice for this hotel. I'd come again for next trip. Room is very clean and roomy. Breakfast served earlier than what was scheduled. My wife and I are happy to stay here for its price.
