Pleasant stay
Enjoyed my stay at Hyatt. Location is great for convention center and Capitol building. Had dinner at Dawsons. Food was very tasty. Staff was great. Had buffet breakfast onsite but can't remember the name. Both my associate and I were were very happy with the quality and freshness of the food. Room was clean and quiet. Only negative was I could hear the doors of other rooms in the hallway close. That was kind of loud. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

Great location
Wanted to see the State Capital (right across the street), and Old Town Sacramento (8 blocks away). The Hyatt Regency was the perfect base for our weekend getaway. The Hyatt staff could not have been more welcoming; from the front desk, the wait staff, to the concierge who recommended a fabulous IIalian restaurant a short walk away. Great time!

Great Stay
This hotel was so good. It had all the amenities, great service, if you needed something, just ask and they deliver. Great dining; especially the breakfast brunch. We were in town for just a few days to meet family from out of town and in town, making it convenient to frequent local resturaunts. Definitely will keep this hotel in mind for future travel.

Nice hotel
The Hyatt Regency in Sactown has very well decorated rooms and the location is pretty convenient, but the staff wasn't incredibly attentive and the value wasn't great. But I must say that the valet parking staff was incredibly nice. All in all, I've stayed in better hotels in more expensive cities for less than what we paid to stay here. That said, probably few better options in Sac other than the Citizen.

Very friendly staff and the rooms are clean and BIG. Hate having to pay ridiculous fees for internet usage. This should be complimentary in hotels nowadays.

Nice Stay
Stay was fine. Hotel very clean. Lobby was being remodeled so check-in was on 2nd floor but other than that all went well. Room had wonderful view of the capitol building right across the street. Shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance.
