Good experience

We were looking for a place just to sleep before catching a flight early morning. This place met our needs/expectations, that too at a very good price. I wish that their vending machines sold water bottles too instead of just sodas, so that one doesn't need to walk to the neighboring gas station to buy water. Overall, good experience.

Can't beat the price!

When my husband and I need to get away from all of lifes hassles without traveling to far away from the kids we stay at our local Goodnite Inn. Can't beat the price or the locality.

what you pay for is what you get

The place has clean rooms. The staff is very friendly , because the place is very inexpensive it draws travelers with low budget and the freeway right next to it and a 4 lane road in front of it don't help much with the noise . Good place for one or two nights , don't expect anything special for small Dollars other than its clean and has a shower . I would use it again.

Comfortable, Quiet & Reasonably Priced

After a long drive, my eyes were tired, my brain was in need of rest and quiet. My fear was I would be spending time trying to find the hotel, instead of catching up on some rest. To my delight.....I pulled off of HWY-50, I was so pleased to look to my right and there was the hotel!! The employees were so helpful; often I need extra towels (other hotels have treated me as though this is an inconvenient), I'm pleased to say, without hesitation, they were in my room before I was. I walk with a cane; they were kind enough to make my room close to parking as well as the office. So kind.. Down the street was a gas station, over the freeway (easy access)were plenty of restaurants. Everything from fast-food to a sports bar. I was impressed with the service provided. Not only will I return, but I have already suggested my friends do the same.

Good place and was worth what it costs

I stayed most of the time in the hotel and found it quite comfortable. The place was clean and it had friendly services. The price I payed for the room was actually worth it. It was next to a freeway and it was a bit noisy but nothing anyone can't handle.

Mediocre, but economical choice

At significantly less than the price of hotels in downtown Sacramento, this hotel makes an economical alternative when needing to stay in the area. The drive into downtown was hassle-free. You get what you pay for, however. "Breakfast" consisted of three flavors of greasy mini-muffins, plus coffee, tea, and oj. But on my second day there (Sunday), only the beverages made an appearance. The shower had dark mildew in the grout of the shower tiles and the lowest water pressure known to mankind. The carpet was ragged, but everything else was serviceable enough.

good nite inn review

Could have been a better experience if my room was actually a non-smoking room. The person in the front insisted that the room I got was a non smoking room even though it smelled like cigarette inside the room. I then got another room which was less smelly but I was f this place if I have to get it right for them. They didn't change the sheets and only replaced the towels.
