Good Hotel with a poor restaurant

Easy airport transport with free 24-hour shuttle
One of the closest hotels to the Sacramento International Airport provides a contemporary three-star stay with 24-hour services. This hotel was built in 2007 in a mostly-residential neighborhood close to the I-5 freeway and just five miles to departures and arrivals. Get to Arco Arena in five minutes and downtown Sacramento in 10 minutes.

Nice new hotel close to basketball arena and airport
Pretty new and clean hotel, but the only negative was that there was neither a microwave or a refrigerator in the rooms. You know that even 2 star hotel have both. Other than that, we would stay there again.

This is the place!
The hotel is brand new, the rooms are incredible comfortable and supremely stylish, designed with both very contempotary beauty and extremely practical sense. EVERYONE, no exception, from the desk to the shuttle driver were extremely cortuous. My best hotel experience in years.

More Bang for Your Buck
Brand new, modern interior, comfortable all at a reasonable price. We arrived tired from a long trip and were relieved find an upscale,clean, cozy and contemporary room. Loved the modern sleek bathroom. As we head on to Lake Tahoe, we hope to find a comparable hotel. It may be hard.

Bonnie anxious to get home
quick overnite stay, headed home
The hotel was a bit "sterile" feeling (restaurant section was just part of the bar), but the room was really nice - and included free internet. The receptionist when we checked in didn't have much personality, could have been a bit warmer. And, it was nice and close to the airport as we had to get up and leave VERY early.

Pleasant stopover
This was a convenient stop on way to Tahoe and Napa/Sonoma. Pleasant rooms, nice lobby with a bar. Good breakfast. Handy transort to Airport. we will stay there again.

Horrible!
Horrible experience. The front desk was useless. Hair in the bathroom. Blood stained sheets with a dead bug in them. I will never stay here again, nor recomend it to anyone.

Never Again!!
I would never stay at this hotel again. Not only was the front desk not helpful, but when we got to our room with all of our luggage the keys didn't work. There was hair in the bathroom and on the towels. We had dirty blood stained sheets with a dead bug on them. I was disgusted by everything. We asked for a late check out due to our flight schedule, and all they could give us was 30 minutes. The hotel wasn't even booked, I would say they probably had around 30 guests total, now I know why. DON'T STAY HERE!
