Jet lag recovery
Lovely comfortable room. Loved the longer hours for spa and pool so that we could relax after a long 16 hr flight.

The short trip family
Short stay - good location
Hotel still under construction. Well updated so far; great shower, TV, and beds. Will be great when they get more than one elevator working and finish the construction. Room was very cold when first entered, but did warm up after a while when the heater was turned on. Housekeeping was not so great. Will also be nice when restaurant is completed.

Go outside hotel until restaurant is completed. Although, must say, the waiter was very nice and helpful.

On the way to the slopes !
Just passing thru so location was most important. Hotel STILL under construction and it was clear that the construction crew was well below par. There mess was throught the hotel even on the floors that were supposedly finished. Felt bad for owners having to deal with that crew !

The king bed was very comfortable
It was good close to where we needed to be. The hotel king bed was comfortable and the room quiet.

REALLY BAD...THE WORST HOLIDAY INN EVER!
The Building is very old, the rooms are quite old, the cleaness is close to none and after I reported the problem w the bathroom smell, they didn't offer anything, like change of room, send a cleaning crew, etc......the only thing they said "I am really sorry, the bulding is old and we should go under remodeling in the next 6-12 months!" *PS: I stay on the Holiday Inn all over the country at least 10 days every month, so, I like the hotel chain, but this location is not even close to the Holiday Inn standards......Motel 6 is 100 times better!

Very Happy
Drove in from Orange County, showed up at Holiday Inn early and the staff at the front desk was very kind and checked me into a room three hours early. Besides that, they made a point to find a room in a quiet location since I had such a long drive,(I didn't ask). My key didn't work, but the staff was there to help almost instantly! I had a great experience and the most comfortable hotel bed I have been in.
