Pros: Room was showing its age, but spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Balcony was a nice touch. Excellent bang for the buck. Cons: Potential mold issues. There was a faint moldy smell, and I sneezed a lot during my stay.

VERY BAD
The hotel people never clean ur room not they don't fill ur toilet paper. You suppose to go and get from the fron office. After 9 pm the office closed, and they don't even allow to enter into office nor open the door to make the food hot in the microwave. This hotel is very very bad. PLEASE NEVER GO HERE AND THIS IS MY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

This was worse than I expected
My experience began with the rude desk clerk who was more interested in exreacting from me a "deposit" in case I trashed the room. This deposit, which could be as much as $200.00 would pay for incidental damages to the room. She refused to even look at my reservation unless I gave her a debit card or credit card for the deposit. I informed her that the room was already paid for and that during the booking we were nor informed of any additional charges. I told her that it was the hotel's responsibility to inform its surrogates to collect the deposit up front. I infomed her that I was not returning to the hotel and demanded to see her manager. At that time she informed me that the manager was not present and that I should take a business card and call him. I told her that it is totally unprofessional to argue with a customer and that we would NEVER patronise this hotel again. Alghough the room was spacious, there were smokers all along the corridors and the smoke permeated the room. The carpet was also old and dirty. The sheets were white and clean.

Staff goes above and beyond being helpful if you give them a call with any special needs. Remember you are staying at a hotel for a great deal and not a suite. It's a great value and good people.

You get what you pay for
Stayed one night. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows old and flat. Found two long hairs...NOT MINE...in the bed. Front desk didn't care. Non smoking room stank of stale cigarettes. Ducks were swimming in the pool. Not impressed. You get what you pay for.

Nearby Kaiser Hospital
Fast access to the hospital and freeway 101. But if you live within 50 miles of Redwood City they want a $250.00 deposit.

Not Bad at All
It was nicer than I thought it would be. The rooms are spacious it was a nice safe place to stay. We tried to go to Hayward the next night to save a little more money but will be going back because it was much nicer.

Dont stay in Hayward. Your tools will get stolen, even out of a locked truck box.
