expectations unmet
Because of the poor condition of many rooms the rates should be substantially lower than they are...plus you get to pay for your parking I took 3 rooms before finding one that was updated and clean and in good repair

From Indiana on Spring Break
Spring Break Family Vacation
The hotel was very nice overall, but maybe a bit too overpriced for a family of four. We had to go elsewhere to eat breakfast everyday. The buffet was $15/person and this is too much for a family to spend every morning for breakfast. We were also not aware that parking would be an additional $16/day. The room was supposed to be an ocean view, but was really an angle view of the marina and you could sort of see the ocean in the distance.

Great Location
Helpful staff in beautiful location. However, the room reservation confirmed by Orbitz was different from what the hotel reserved. The Front Desk staff was able to accommodate our request.

My review of Crowne Plaza Hotel REDONDO BEACH AND MARINA
This hotel was very nice but day and night guests who did not seem to belong there were roaming the halls and riding the elevators. I always made sure that when I got off the elevator I made sure I was not being followed. Other than this everything was fine.

Very family friendly
The room and the outside scenery of the hotel were perfect.The bedroom and bathroom was comfortable except the long corridor in the building.Of course the location was very good.

The Crown Royal was a very nice hotel clean & staff were very accomadating to us. It was a nice location if you wanted somwhere quiet & it was just the start of the season.

just 20 mins drive is the Marina of Santa Monica nice shops great restaurants & bars & of course the famous pier.

Great weekend getaway
We were very pleased from the moment we walked into the lobby. Great view and nice employees!

It's a short walk to some restaurants, but they were sort of pricey and a long wait. We ended up driving several miles to find an affordable dinner. Use your GPS if you are in the same boat!

weekend give away
We got early to the hotel to check in there was not room avaliable yet in the morning so they told me to came arround noon. The Hotel looks very fancy, confortable bed no dought, I was able to sleep for 10 hrs strait, very silence place, will recomend for my freinds, but it wasn't all perfect. will came back again!!! to forget the stress of work.
