Winter family get together in Redding
Reception desk personnel were friendly and welcoming. We did hit 2 issues in our first room: some food left in a drawer by a previous resident of the room; and the wing we were assigned to did not have air conditioning turned on - with a warm winter day the room was 77 degrees. The staff were rapidly responsive and offered to help move us to a wing which had air conditioning-- and to a room that was an upgrade over the original room-- but we were not charged extra for this. The rooms were nicely decorated. Air conditioning was quiet and accurate. Overall it was an excellent hotel and I will plan to return in the future.

Gas prices are cheaper about a half mile South of the hotel than at the gas station next to the Red Lion.

visit to bethel church
had a good time. breakfast one morning was slightly limited for choices but good food. Refrigerator in room was the only significant thing missing.

Would stay again
Check in and out was quick and easy. Friendly staff. The hotel was completely booked the weekend we were there. The first morning we had absolutly no hot water brrrrrr! The next morning it was fine. Room was great, comfortable bed. Great for the price.

Family oriented hotel

Comfy but buzzed
One night stay, doing a college campus visit with my son. Room was clean, cozy. Bed super comfy. Room view of courtyard very nice. There just was this constant buzzing coming from the heating unit that never went away. Reported to front desk, hopefully they will check it out.

Red Lion Revies
We went for a shopping trip and stayed one night. One thing I was surprised they didn't have for a room of this price was a fridge in the room. Being a diabetic I travel with juice and snacks and that is one item that helps a lot. Other than that it was a lovely, comfortable room. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay again.

A little left to be desired
We were treated well. Got what we expected except the restaurant we expected was closed and you could only eat in the bar. Air conditioning units were pretty loud.

Very Comfortable, large rooms and quiet
Very helpful staff. I had planned to stay an extra day, but was called back to the office at 1:30 p.m. Amanda was very nice and cheerfully refunded the extra day.
