Great for the price
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Air conditioner did not work on second day of our six day stay, but they quickly repaired it while we were out for lunch. Pillows were not firm enough for my wife's comfort, but they gladly supplied two extra pillows, and that resolved the problem. We will probably stay at the same place the next time we are in Redding, CA. It was great for the price.

Short drive from hotel
If you want a friendly, informal, small town-like dining experience... and if you like pizza... and if you like contemporary Christian music, you will enjoy Westside Pizza at 536 N Market St, about 3 miles from the hotel. If you need healing, ask them to pray for you, and they will probably do it right there on the spot.

staff during check out-Horrible-Rude
Check in staff good but the next day staff checking out the woman made no eye contact or acknowledged me being very rude. I stood there said good morning i want to check out and the woman never even looked up or acknowledged me.I will never stay there again!!!!!!!

way short of relaxing
room: dirty, all surfaces sticking-including floors, debris on floors, tissue box empty, pool: disgusting, hair floating in globs of gooey flotsam, definite health issue breakfast: most things empty, tried several different times other people complaining

Well...
Great place it's clean and overall a nice place. I would definitely stay here again. All the other reviews on here that are older are definitely wrong it's a good place it has a few minor problems like no fridge and a shaky shower curtain but that's all that was wrong with it

OK place
not a bad location, coffee in room is blah brand, bath room is a little strange but if i was in a wheelchair and or disabled i would appreciate how it was set-up. Given the price and staff attidude i would stay again.

Birthday stop over
Even through the people were friendly the room was not that great. The bathroom door handle was ready to fall off and the door would not shut correctly. Room needs to be updated in appearance and was not as clean as it should be. I would not stay there again.

Redding overnight
Mostly clean, except I dont think the bathtub had been cleaned. Hair on the tub floor and dirt prints on the shower walls. The shower curtain rod was very close to falling off, and it made the shower curtain pile up in the tub. Otherwise, decent for the price.
