Sometimes the restaurant staff didn't hear the order completely but the rest of staff was very good. The grounds were beautiful.

Great Resort
Very well situated and very impressive resort. I would stay here again and it doesn't hurt when the weather was perfect! Don't understand why people complain about this hotel! The Pete Dye course was immaculately kept as well!

2 day trip
Needs a lot of general cleaning i.e. around titles in bathroom, and corners. Door hooks falling off in bathroom, doors need some minor repairs around edges (bathroom, closet). Only one bar of soap left out. Bed too soft for us. Cleaning crew knocking on door day of check out at 8:00am to verify our departure, check out isn't until noon?

Westin disappoints
No restaurants open to eat at if you do not have breakfast before 11 I mean finished by eleven and dinner finished by 8. One place open service poor and no where to sit and eat.. Very noisy neighbors. No lights working in dark hallway to room. Bug infestation, screendoor broken. Maid service sloppy no replacement of coffee or cream, have to call for eveything. Room service breakfast a disgrace and for fruit and mini croisants $48.00 and served very unattractively. We had to leave the hotel for everything we needed. No sundrie store open at all. I thought we were treated badly because we had not booked with them but with you.

Nice Resort!
The resort is nice and the rooms are large. The parking is a disaster and the pools are not large enough for the hotel guests. There is no valet or bell service offered. The view from the room is beautiful and the golf is nice.

Palm Springs LA.
The Hotel was awesome!!! The pools were great too and the people that work for the hotel are so friendly. I got free stuff ,,, We got a chance to play Volleyball and and went ATV'ing. Over all they gym and the staff there were awesome.

Wonderful Experience!
Husband and I wanted to get away from our stressful LA lives! Nice spacious rooms, clean, balconies. Personnel was very attentive and kind.

Great Stay
Great looking hotel surrounded by golf course. Stayed here 4th of July weekend. Rooms were nice and cool despite 115 degree weather outside. Pool water was on the warm end so you didnt cool off too much by getting in the water. And, for a palm springs resort, I would expect pools to be bigger to accomodate to larger crowds.

Rancho Mirage is more laid back than Palm Springs, but you would have to go to Palm Canyon Blvd to enjoy dining and nightlife.
