Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa

Beautiful room with lots of space. Really nice. The staff was very helpful.

We spent two night's overlooking the beautiful view out of our window. It was very cozy and relaxing. The bathroom was awesome equiped with a spa bath tub that we used twice. Loved the complimentary valet. The staff was friendly and there were plenty of food choices available if we got hungry. Can't wait to go back and experience the Spa @ Sun Stone.

Missed buffet times, but cafe was wonderful; enjoyed the quick service and relaxed comfort! Second stay there, and would definitely opt for Agua Caliente for future getaways...especially in these cooler months!

I planned a weekend with my wife, decided to go here vs Vegas, wanted to find a nice resort closer to home then NV. Ended up being a bad idea. Agua Caliente just does not hold up. The front desk staff was very disorganized. Printers did not work, and staff complained openly about computers and printers not working correctly. The whole placed smelled of stale smoke. The casino floor was ok, but with multiple slots out of order. Floor staff did not exist, and when they wondered by, did not offer drinks other then water. Rooms were very nice and open, but hotel services sucked. No buffet breakfast mid-week, really only room service as an open for food. Who needs $10 + 20/25% for pancakes. Basic movies were $20, and you could buy a minibar candy bar for $5. Spa was terrible, basic access gave you a four person jacuzzi and a tiny hot room. Topping this, they sold out even though we had reserved the night before and did not want to let my wife in. Services were very expensive, comparable to a high end spa in cost, but lack luster in service. In short, this place comes short in service and charges far to much for what you do get. Save your money and find an alternative.

Room was big and had nice view of mountains. Casino was fun and restaurants were excellent. Entertainment in Lounge was also good. Price was kinda high for a Casino but worth it.

Good location next to the freeway. Place is definitely clean and decor is similar to the vegas style. Spacious clean rooms for a great price. I was only staying overnight for business so I didn't really get a chance to tour the hotel but what I saw I liked.

An absolutely great experience! From the clerk at the front desk to everyone that I encountered - my stay was perfect. Fabulous room on the "pure" floor; room overlooking the pool area; the room was surprisingly spacious and very well appointed. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

beautiful hotel, exceptionally nice helpful people, large rooms..very nice...,beds super comfortable.... rooms overlook pool..... great steakhouse..the food was excellant... the only thing i can say negative was that there were no coffee pots in the rooms. this was very surprizing and we had to go buy our own coffee pot which we left in the room with a note that told the maid to take it if she would like or give to someone else... all in all. I WILL GO BaCK!

Overall the experience wasn't too bad except for the fact that the first floor stunk with smoke. The smell could easily be distinguished once the elevator hit the first floor.

We had a long drive and just wanted a full service hotel and casino when we arrived. The place was clean and exceeded all of your expectataions. Greeted at the front door with no problems parking. THe room was clean comfortable and we were able to dine late at a full service restaurant. I would return.
