I checked out of another hotel early due to noise of loud heater, lack of heat and thin walls making the conversation next door very easy to hear. For the same price I moved to Extended Stay.

The Inn is at the back of the Best Buy parking lot so a little tricky to find.

well maintained grounds, nice lobby with modern furniture . . . .nice, great staff. The rooms dont match the interior design of lobby. it went from modern in the lobby, to middle america furniture in the rooms....strange. but VERY CLEAN and great amentities....Cant have it all...good price!

Good deal
Very affordable, nice, clean, quiet hotel, close to BART station. Front desk clerk wasn't always available but were friendly & helpful when they were.

Nice and cheap
I just needed a clean place to sleep. The bed and bath were clean. It was in a nice neighborhood and it wasn't expensive with plenty of parking. If that's what your looking for it definitely works.

MY WIFE AND I HAD A GREAT MEAL AT BACK 40 B.B.Q. HOW THIS EXTENDED STAY OF AMERICA IN PLEASANT HILL CA. GOT A 2 STAR RATING IS BEYOND ME, IT WASN'T VERY CLEAN, ASKED FOR A "NON-SMOKING" ROOM AND THE WHOLE FLOOR REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE,(HAD A CAN OF FEBREEZE TO USE), THE BED WAS SO NOISEY THAT EVERY TIME I TURNED OVER IN MY SLEEP IT WOKE ME UP, THE BED IT SELF WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THE WALLS ARE SO THIN YOU CAN HEAR A CONVERSATION THROGH THE WALLS.
