Should be rated a MINUS
I would rate this Best Western as a Minus and not a Plus. The carpet in the room was awful. After walking around my white socks were black. There also were holes in the carpet. The room did seem clean. The mattress on the bed not comfortable. The carpet in the hall was also very dirty. The food was not what I would had hoped to get at a Plus. The bacon did not look like it was cooked at all. Eggs not good. The gentleman that checked us in was not helpful when questioned about restaurants in the area. I highly do not recommend this Best Western unless they do some major work in the cleaning department.

Too far from disneyland and was noisy...
Internet also did not work...Stay here if you don't get anything close to disneyland. its pricy for its location and amenities..I would recommend pay few extra bucks and stay close to disney in Sheraton/Mariotte or likes.

LA Reunion
While the value was great, the hotel was older, our room key did not work everyday and we had to get it reactivated. The breakfast was average, no yogurt but fresh fruit, and such. I would not stay here again because of the location most of all.

Disneyland Fans
Could you some upgrades
Exercise equipment was broken and not working safely Carpet throughout very dirty. Washing machines not working. Window in our room had fallen out of its setting and had an opening. AC was either too cold or too hot Eggs were awful

Hotel review
The front desk was nice, yet the house keeping was aweful, they even don't have enough towels for use.and the carpet/floor was dirty! Not a good experience of stay.

Good Value
The hotel was easy to find and convenient to the freeway; ample parking and very inviting lobby. Good supply of sundry items if you had forgotten anything. Lots of tour / ticket ideas available. The only "down side" to our stay was that the folks in the room next door were very noisy and our children had difficulty trying to ignore them. My husband and I had earplugs to muffle the noise; however my husband could still hear them.

Clean Hotel, friendly staff, GREAT breakfast. Only downside was the location, open your curtains and your looking down into a small apartment complex, sort of industrial/residential area. Other than that, great stay.
