Placid in Placentia
Quiet, except on Saturday night, with amplified music coming from the park next door. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially biscuits & gravy. (Don't get that too often in a comped meal!) Close to Disneyland & the college. Plenty of free parking, unlike other hotels across from Disneyland.

Orbitz needs to update this hotel's pet policy.
When I checked into the hotel, the desk clerk informed me that they changed their pet policy two months earlier. However, he called the hotel manager and they made an exception for me. They earned extra points by doing that. The room I stayed in was very comfortable. I've never had a better night's rest while on the road. I was very surprised that the price point was for a 2 star hotel, but the amenities, comfort, cleanliness and odor (or lack thereof) were comparable to 4 star hotel, easy. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Comfy, quiet, everything you need
Me and my husband attended a wedding in the area.The Best Western Placentia was a great choice for us. The location was great. We relaxed buy the pool and spa used the fitness center.The room was clean and comfy and had everthing that we needed.The staff was very friendly and helpfull.The breakfast was good and included with the room. Would diffently stay here again.Next time we will take advantage of the Denny's delivery option.

Loved it :)
We took a family trip to Disneyland and chose to stay at the Best western. Hotel was clean, rooms were clean, loved the room with the seperate living room and small kitchen. The staff was very helpful and there is a Dennys right next door. I liked that there are a variety of stores and restaurants conveniently located near by. The only down side was trying to find the hotel on our way there but once we found it, it was easy to find for the rest of our stay.

Great stay. Good hotel.
We were suprised by the hotel actually. It does't look like much from the freeway or road and is kinda tucked away. But when we got inside we realized that this was a really nice place. The room was clean and the staff was really nice. They always greeted us on entry and exit. The breakfast was good (nothing fancy but considerably better than the continental breakfasts in other hotels). The excercise room was clean and the equipment worked. The only complaint we had - the pillows were too big (fluffy) and my wife prefers flatter pillows. If this is you, you may want to bring your own from home.

Clean Hotel, friendly staff, GREAT breakfast. Only downside was the location, open your curtains and your looking down into a small apartment complex, sort of industrial/residential area. Other than that, great stay.

Very nice, good location
We were in town for our grand daughters birthday. Enjoyed visiting with family and took a trip to down town Disneyland. But I wanted to put in a good word to your Manager. When we checked out of the hotel on Sunday morning, we forgot our lap top computer. We did not realize we forgot it until later that afternoon. We called the hotel and one of your employees had turned it in. This employee should be recognized for their honesty and work ethics. Thank you.

GREAT LOCATION AND ACCOMMODATION

Clean and Convenient
I mainly used my hotel for sleep and to work on some artwork. I go to CSUF and was in a hectic schedule so I decided to stay in a hotel close by. It was quiet, clean and convenient (right next to the FWY)
