Weekend getaway
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a 3 day weekend. It was nothing fancy, but it suited our needs. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast left something to be desired, but for the price we didn't expect it to be anything more than it was.

This Hotel really stepped up
I wrote a review earlier this week about a lost cell phone charger. They were able to locate it and return it to me after all. The customer service rep from the corporate office said there was a miscommunication. I appreciate their diligence and honesty and I will return whenever I am coming to town which is usually 2-3 times a year. Thank you Best Western Anaheim!

LA Reunion
While the value was great, the hotel was older, our room key did not work everyday and we had to get it reactivated. The breakfast was average, no yogurt but fresh fruit, and such. I would not stay here again because of the location most of all.

Hotel review
The front desk was nice, yet the house keeping was aweful, they even don't have enough towels for use.and the carpet/floor was dirty! Not a good experience of stay.

This hotel worked well for us
We were in town visiting family and decided to stay here for convenience. It worked out very well for us as it is centrally located near freeways and most of central and north orange county. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the hot breakfast was a plus. My only negative was that I left my iPhone 5 charger plugged in when we checked out. I called 4 hours later to report it being left plugged in and described in detail where it was plugged in yet nobody has seen it and they didn't report that someone checked into that room after we left. Though it is my fault for forgetting, where could it have gone other than a dishonest person's pocket?

Could you some upgrades
Exercise equipment was broken and not working safely Carpet throughout very dirty. Washing machines not working. Window in our room had fallen out of its setting and had an opening. AC was either too cold or too hot Eggs were awful
