Best i have ever stayed at !
I havent been to many hotels but have stayed in a few and by far this is the nicest and wat i call a taste of the high life haha... We got the premium ocean view and it was a beautiful sight even with rainy weather. I usually look for the cheapest hotel possible, but I decided to splurge and spend the extra $20 on my girlfriend and got this hotel haha and was well worth it i would recommend it to anybody!

Not Couples Friendly
We came to Lighthouse Suites for our wedding anniversary. We had met at this location years previously. We've never spent $351 on a hotel room before. We didn't want to pay more for the King Suite, so we went for a two bedroom, two bathroom, two Queen bed suite. The hotel was very family friendly, which did not suit us, being young virtual newlyweds. We were attempting a mid-day nap, but found sleep difficult due to children in the room above running back and forth. We killed two spiders in the bathtub. And we did not receive our wake-up call!!! (We called and complained and they gave us $15 off our bill. Yay....) The beds were hard as rocks, and the pillows were the worst pillows on the planet. However, the location was prime. I love their breakfast, large chess set, pool, hot tub, etc. But next time I go to Pismo I'm going to stay somewhere more romantic, that actually feels like I'm spending over $300 a night. I would only go back if I had a couple kids and if I brought my own pillow, alarm clock, and can of Raid.

Convenient, beautiful view and great value!
Loved the large 2 room suite with locking door between rooms, heavy curtain for privacy, 2 bathrooms, great location, and a superb view! The breakfast was very nice, and we were even able to sit outside and look out and hear the ocean. The giant chess set, badminton, putting, pool and jacuzzi were great, and the location on the cliffs above the beach was spectacular! FUN!! We will come back for an all age family reunion.

Go wine tasting in Edna Valley, come back to the hotel and relax, then wine taste again the next day. FUN!

One night Romantic Getaway
My husband and I had a King suite on the 3rd floor overlooking the ocean and a beautiful view of the sunset. The suite was very comfortable and spacious with everything that we could possibly need. The continental breakfast had many selections to choose from. We would definitely go back and stay more than one night.

The Steamers Restaurant was a wonderful experience for a special dinner. The Chilean Seabass dinner was amazing. I recommend getting a reservation about a 1/2 hour to 1 hour before sunset to enjoy the view overlooking the ocean.

Great Location
I love this place for the view and friendly staff. This was our 3rd time here! The rooms are so welcoming and cozy. Love the fact that you can get a 2 room suite. It was a little noisy with kids running down the halls, but it is a family location. Doors are a little tricky to open, but once you learned the trick, all is well. Overall it's a great place to stay.

If you are interested in a steak dinner, McClintocks is the place to go. Expect a wait, but never disappointed in what you get. If looking for seafood, just discovered the Cracked Crab. Delicious as well!!!

Wonderful oceanside getaway
This hotel was super because of the layout of the suites w/two separate rooms and bathrooms that were beautifully decorated and included a mini-frig and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was generous and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The location was perfect!
