Bad experience

The room was very old and worn out. The bed was the worst we have ever been on. Could have one cup of coffee. No iron. Refrigerator wasn't working. Continental breakfast was a cereal dispenser at the front desk.

Superclean

it looked like the plave was recently renovated. fresh, clean linen. clean bath and carpet. good soap and shampoos in the bath area. none of the dry poor quality stuff you see so often at most hotels. great location, well the whole town is so small, it really doesnt matter.

Cozy Motel, Good location!

I came for a business appointment and wanted to make it a weekend get-away. We had a great time. The motel is walking distance to restrauants and stores. Easy access to other locations..downtown.

Never Again

I have stayed at Travelodge hotels before however the one in Paso Robles is horrible. The pictures are misleading the manager is rude and the room was disgusting. It made my family and I weary of ever booking through a hotel site again.

sorely disappointed

i typically stay in places like a travellodge and was sorely disappointed with this one. the manager was not friendly, hardly said 3 words when i arrived, and was "too busy" when i called to let him know that the free wi-fi was not working. he also opened my room door without knocking, when i was in a towel. the shower had mold and mildew on the tiles. the cleaning staff left the door UNLOCKED all day, while i was out. and the room was decorated with ridiculous cartoon bears - bedspread, curtains, lampshades, and framed pictures. the only good thing was that the rooms were big and the place was quiet.

Needs updating

I like the TravelLodge brand so when my usual hotel was booked for my date, I decided to check out this hotel and save some money rather than upgrading. The weekend rate for one night was just under $150. including tax. I beleive I would have been better off at the Motel 6. Problems were that the decor was from the early 80's & the construction was probably 50's 60's with no real effort to update. Bed not horrible. Pillows could be better. Burn hole in very old bed spread. There is an audible mechanical beep beep beep that goes on all the time and I had a hard time falling a sleep. The noise from all the cars parked right in front of the rooms was not good. It is annoying to hear all the beeps indicating that cars are locked. and don't forget the 5 am diesel engines! Go to the Hampton Inn and get your money's worth!

Not worth it

Felt it was not clean and needed painting. Would not go to this hoetel again. Staff was not that friendly. The "breakfast" was not at all worth even serving. The coffee and packaged products also not worth trying.

I would not stay there again

The staff seemed botherd when i had a question. I was left in the lobby for 15 minutes when waiting to check out. In the morning the water coming out of the bathroom faucet smelled like sanitation water.
