just ok!

Just right to spend 1 or 2 nights. Good thing is that they holded our bags and stuff we had order on internet. Breakfast is ok too.

Unfriendly staff, bad experience.

Very offensive staff tried to put me in a room right next to laundry room, otherwise will be $20 charge apply for upgrade. Unfriendly staff, bad experience.

Trip to Pasadena

The experience was great! Very friendly and helpful front desk and housekeeping staff. The complimentary breakfast was stocked and had a variety of fresh options.

Great place to sleep

The room was clean. The carpets needed changing. The breakfast had a great selection and the location was perfect for getting around the city.

Great Place to stay

Good location for my needs

At the first night, I had a problem with the bed, the frame broke, but staff were promt to make the repairs early in the morning. Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel!!!

Comfotable and clean stay

We stayed here for three nights for a wedding. Though some parts of the hotel are showing their age, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the mini-fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast was standard for a hotel of this kind. Location was great for our purpose as we stayed in the pasadena area. In all, a very affordable and comfortable stay.
