Dining
- Sherman's Deli and Bakery
- Why eat bread when you can eat a latke? Sherman's Deli uses a potato pancake instead of bread in their fabulous pastrami sandwich.
- The Falls Steakhouse and Martini Bar
- Delicious steak, desert romance, and martinis all under one roof.
- Elmer's
- Once you try a bite of Elmer's Potato Pancakes, cripy on the outside and steamy in the middle, you will agree that this is one of the best family dining experiences in Palm Springs!
- Palm Springs Aerial Tram
- Spectacular views combined with delectable food provide the perfect dining experience. There are two dining options at the top of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Peaks, a fine dining experience with a breathtaking view of the Coachella Valley and Pines Café, a cafeteria-style restaurant. Both restaurants are open for lunch and dinner.
- Hamburger Mary's
- Hamburger Mary's is an "open-air bar and grille for open-minded people" where you can count on great food and a fun atmosphere.

Good Value but, Not Great
The staff were friendly and helpful which was certainly nice. The room was clean and well maintained. The only real problems were that the internet access was down the entire three days I stayed there. I bring my own connection but, if I am staying there - at least partially - because of internet access, it should be working.

Old and beat up but its was okay.
It was a good price but it was just a beat up old hotel. Shower curtain kept falling, sink was clogged, bed was rock hard. If you need somewhere cheap to stay at last minute and don't mind not having lots of comfort, then this place is fine. Just don't expect much and only plan on being there for sleeping and nothing else.

Convenient location
Great value and close to downtown. We attended the Kraft Nabisco tourney but enjoyed the museums and cactus garden right next door also.

Not the best!
I will not stay at this hotel again. Its over priced for the room...too noisy, smoking allowed on balcony and it travels into the rooms. Guests were slamming doors at all times of the night. Never again!

LOVE LOVE LOVE
First of all the staff was so nice and very helpful. Maid service was awesome the ladies was so nice and was very willing to help out with my room and what i wanted. I have stayed at this hotel before but it's always booked when i want to come to Palm Springs so this is a great place to stay. Maybe I shouldn't say this now there is never going to be a room here when i want to come back. Overall great place to stay.

Fine for one overnighter
Staff was very professional dealing with several people at one time, some being a bit rude. My room on the ground floor was very clean, but at night I could hear even muted sounds through the walls. I could also hear any people walking by if they were talking. Also, there was no stripping under the front door, so the light outside shone through. I got up and laid some clothes to block the light. The continental breakfast focused on the waffle maker. I've experienced much more with another motel chain, so this was simply okay. I would only stay here one night but get another place for a longer stay.

Long walk from hotel
A courtesy shuttle service with tip option would really benefit this hotel. Parking can be so difficult downtown that this service would be highly beneficial.
