All the comforts of home, but bring your own shampoo

Deluxe accommodation was a well equipped 2 bedroom home, complete with garage and patio. Brought the kids, their bikes, and enjoyed a peaceful couple of days. The amount of space was grand and a fully equipped kitchen (and outdoor gas bbq) saved on eating out. There was even a washer dryer in the unit. Resort is a time share, and once you check in, there's no housekeeping. Bathrooms have soap, but bring your own shampoo. Two adult bikes in garage, but both were men's style. The pools were a bit on the cool side (temperature) for mom, but it didn't stop the kids from hours of fun. Any changes to reservation needs to be made thru timeshare company, staff had very limited capacity to problem solve.

Quick Getaway

Was like the comforts of home & very close to downtown Palm Springs where we spent time shopping & dining... Other than a brief uncomfortable encounter in regards to our correct check out date, everything was fine. We had to go spend time at the office clearing up the situation. The staff handled the situation professionally, so we can get back to the FUN!

Rooms are fantastic!! Very roomy and equipped with everything you need. Our room did not have a coffee maker, but one was delivered within 5 minutes. It's almost like being at home.

We will go back

This was our second stay at The Oasis. We loved it and will go back. Not crowded. Nice place to relax in the sun at one of eight pools. Great location to stay for the entire trip or to venture out for day trips. Room was very clean but needing updating. Grounds are beautiful and are very safe and great for walking. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

This resort does not offer dining. We love to cook and the unit's full kitchen and outdoor grill was set up well. You can find just about any dining option within a 15 minute drive.

The rooms are HUGE! Great for families!

This is a really nice condo. The place has plenty of room for a family of 5 or 6. There was a DVD player in the room for the kids. The only thing I was missing is a restaraunt on site for room service. There is a full kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It even had a washer and dryer (not that I used it!) There were 8 pools to choose from, so none were packed with people. It was very relaxing. We had a good time.
