This hotel/casino was a great bargain for the money. Nice big hot tub, nice big mineral hot springs pool and second nice big ... pool. Big fitness center. Bathrobe to have while you stay and a breakfast buffet every day. Rooms are fine, had a little trouble with the TV, it's still the old kind. We very much enjoyed our stay.

All around great experience
Palm Springs Fan Nov 11, 2009
All around great experience at this hotel. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. Room was quiet, very spacious with ... lots of amenities and looked recently updated. The location was just a block away from bars, restaurants and shopping...not to mention a fun casino. The Steakhouse at the casino was running a couples dining package which was a great value and the food/service was excellent. We have stayed at many other hotels in the PS area and the Spa Hotel was by far one of the nicest and best values. We will be back.

First time in Palm Springs we had no idea where to stay. Price was right...we waited for a room with a view of the mountains ... to open up (after looking at 2 other rooms) it was worth the wait. Loved the HUGE mineral water hot tubs.. Had a nice size gym and daily classes you could do (water classes, yoga etc) Spent some time at the spa getting the best facial ever! Walking distance to street restaurants and shops..Breakfast buffet included with room. Overall great time. Not a loud party hotel.

We went for the Spa which is incredible. I haven't been disappointed in years. The hotel was excellent. Beds were compfy ... and spacious. The front desk was very helpful. Buffet was fabulous. The only downfall was it was so hot that the water in the pool wasn't refreshing. They needed misters to be able to sit outside. But everything was excellent.

Great Getaway
The Anniversay Couple Oct 2, 2009
We arrive in the late afternoon after shopping at the Cabazon Outlets. We parked the car and didn't get back in the car ... until Wednesday, when we left. We enjoyed the pool, hot springs pools, spa treatments, Oasis breakfast buffet and walking the downtown Palm Springs area. Of course, the Casino was alot of fun. We watched NFL football game with a great happy hour menu selection and participated in gaming...blackjack and slots. Very Enjoyable. Would highly recommend to a friend; Exceptional value.

A great place to stay
Hotel guest Sep 27, 2009
Hotel and staff were awesome, but beware if you have a family, most restaurants are in the casino, including the "free ... breakfast" that comes with the room. This means that only those 21+ can eat at the restaurants and buffet. Otherwise a great place to stay, pool and workout facility were awesome!!

From the time we arrived to the time we left, everyone was so nice at the hotel. The room was very nice - we had pool view ... with a balcony - I would highly recommend you get that if you stay at the Spa. If you like working out, the fitness center will amaze you - they have everything there, different rooms with many types of equipment from cardio, to free weights to regular machines and fitness classes too in a very nice studio. The pools: The large one is cool and relaxing, the mineral pools were my favorite and I loved the pool bar. All the bartenders there are so fun and were able to recommend places for us to go:)) I tried the spa and taking on the waters and also did a mud wrap (body) and it was spectacular. I would also go to the spa to get a treatment for sure:))) For $25-35 dollars you can just get taking on the waters which is very cool. They take you through three different spa rooms (dry / wet sauna, etc) then your own jacuzzi that is pure mineral water - then to the serenity room where they put cold cucumbers on your eyes and you just chill in a day type bed - all for $35 bucks. And, you can go back and use the spa - taking on the waters all through the whole day over and over again for the one price. The casino is amazing and is across the street (walking distance) we chose the lazy route and the hotel shuttled us back and forth (no wait) they are right there when you want to go the casino and the casino will call for you to get picked up and taken back - very nice:) it is also walking distance to shops - restaurants - bars etc. You have to check out the falls for sure - happy hour is 1/2 price oysters, escargot and ahi etc. The martinis all have dry ice in them - so they are smokin while you drink them. Martini's are cheaper during happy hour. (remember to sit at the bar to get these specials!) From the hotel, to the casino, to the places to go out to, to even the buffet - IT WAS AMAZING and I will go again and again:)))

this was a great place to stay. I would stay again. upon my checkout the hotel manager and clerk bumped their head and ... decided to argue with me???? Unbelievable I had to leave one day early & they thought I was trying to get my money back. I felt like I was being punk'd or on candid camera... very strange... they were arguing with me. I did not want my money back I knew I couldnt have it back dont know what they were trippin on but it was embarrasing...
