Awful
This hotel was horrible, very old, dirty, with a lot of noise, the only thing i can recognize was the location, because is in the heart of palm springs. But for sure i am not going to recommend this.

Bait and Switch
My only complaint was that when I made a reservation a very important need of mine was airport shuttle service to the airport. When I checked in I made it clear of that need and was assured that it would be available at or before 6:00 AM. Of course, I was informed later that night that shuttle service began at 7 AM. This amounts to a bait and switch in my opinion.

My review of Palm Mountain Resort & Spa
Bathroom was disgusting. Room was not in that good condition. The tub surround is full of skum and fallen apart as well as other parts of the bathroom. Room was just ok. Also the pool was extremely small. Extremely.

Location, Location, Location
Palm Mountain Resort & Spa located near downtown Palm Springs near dining and shopping. No resturant in hotel but local dining and clubs were accessible.

The hotel room was very small. It was located 2nd floor corner. A lot of ant(insect)were in the room.

Convenient!
Palm Mountain Resort & Spa is great for those who plan on dining out and enjoying the strip. Almost everything is in walking distance, which is, of course, very convenient and driving is surely not necessary. Even with many guests, the pool area is never crowded, and relaxation is very much possible.

Matchbox is a great restaurant right in front of the hotel. (awesome pizza!) Starbucks, which is in a very short walking distance, is a great treat poolside in the heat of Palm Springs.

Location Is Everything
The Palm Mountain Resort and Spa was located just one block from the main shopping strip which made it extremely convenient. The room was well furnished, and offered several amenities like a coffee maker, iron, microwave and small fidge. Our room overlooked the pool, which was fabulous, there was plenty of space outside of the room on the balcony walkway to sit and chat, and the grounds were well maintained. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. A Continental breakfast was offered at a local diner which was about a 1 minute walk away.

Wonderful location
The Palm Mountain Resort and Spa was very comfortable. The hotel and grounds were well maintained. Very large swimming pool with lots of shade areas near the pool. The refrigerator in the room was great for sodas and snacks. A microwave was also in the room. What a great weekend!!

The hotel location is outstanding only one small block from the main street in Palm Springs. We parked our car and never used it during our stay. Museum, restaurants and shopping were within a short walking distance.

Great Location
The Palm Mountain Resort and Spa room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The room had a king bed, a table and two chairs and an easy chair with a footstool. We also had a little patio with three chairs and a small table for drinks, etc. The bathroom was very nice and large. We also had a microwave and small refrigerator in the room off the bathroom. The hotel is just a block off the main street in downtown Palm Springs. It was winin walking distance of many nice shops and restaurants. We would stay there again.

There are many fine restaurants a short walk from the hotel, including L.G.'s steakhouse. There is also a club/restaurant a little over a block away where you can see a live show and have a good dinner. During the year from October to May you can also walk to the Palm Springs Follies, a live musical show, which is about a block away.
