Motel 6 Palm Springs East East Palm Canyon

First time staying at this motel, as we first walked in the room smelled very bad. We called the front desk twice to have someone come check it out and it turned out to be plumbing problems in the bath room and all they could do was spray some freshener in the room. Good thing that we didnt spend much time in the room but I will not stay at this motel 6 ever again.

This motel was "ok"...the room was brewery tiny. I also kept waking up because the walls are so thin I can hear the people in the room next o us. Needs a clock. I forgot my cell phone charger n when it died, I was clueless of what the time was. The pool is nice, location was ok...a little further out from the main attractions. Would I stay here again? Uum, ya if this was the most affordable motel/hotel again at the moment..

Don't ever stay at this hotel. the worse experience ever. The rooms are tiny, really bad odor, the dirtiest bathroom i had ever seen. The cleaning lady had even left a rag in the bathroom on the floor. Gross.

It was clean, simple and comfortable. I just needed a place for my daughter and I to sleep and didnt want to spend too much. It was perfect for that - no complaints

the first night was ok even though the wi-fi was not very good at all. The next day there was an awful dust and wind storm, not the hotel's fault of course but the power went out and NEVER came back on. Meanwhile the power at every hotel around it had their power back in two hours or so. It was terriible I left there at 3am and it was still black.

I needed the lowest priced room in a good location with a clean bed, a hot shower and a tv. If that's all that matters, it's a good deal. The front desk was wonderful and the motel, for the most part, was well maintained. The rooms are way overdue for renovation and the beds need to be replaced. I wouldn't have booked this motel for a vacation stay, but it served the purpose. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Stayed at this hotel for the weekend with a large party. More than one of our party, including myself, noticed a terrible smell when entering the rooms. Also, one of our party returned hiome with bites on her back. When she went to he doctor, the doctor confirmed that she was bitten by bed bugs. Will definitely not stay there again. Beware!

Entire place needs an upgrade. Rooms are small and uncomfortable. Will not be staying here ever again. Maybe the other Motel 6 in the area is better but this one isn't worth the economical price.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay. The pool was great and clean. Only 3 bad things mared the stay: 1. The room I had (#102) ajoined the back office and the night clerk was so loud talking on the phone he woke me up at 2:30am. 2. A guest had a dog that kept yapping all the time. 3. Free coffee in the morning was a joke. If it wasen't cold it was so weak you wondered were the coffee went. Staff did not seem to concerned about it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was turned off, though, by the guests staying at the motel. When I arrived, there were teenage girls smoking right outside my door and various individuals loitering around the parking lot and in front of my room. The place was loud and not at all relaxing. Needless to say, I did not stay the night.
