- There are 182 Deluxe Suites. Enjoy the comfort and elegance of your own 2 room (606 sq. ft.) suite, each with a private balcony from which to delight in a spectacular desert panorama. Good For All
Hotel staff went above and beyond our expectations. all very friendly and accomodating and helpful in many ways.Location doesnt get any better and the hotel ,rooms and views were absolutely fantastic. Pool and Gym were great too and Gay Friendly!

Immaculate hotel with excellent service
This was by far the best hotel stay I've had at a Hyatt hotel. The room was very spacious. It was immaculate. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and serviced any and all requests efficiently. They were extremely nice. We loved the breakfast buffet. The environment at the bar was so relaxing. We absolutely loved the fireplace there. It added a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to going back.

Location is outstanding, right in the middle of all that is Palm Springs. Only negative was valet staff was NOT on the ball. Called for my car and when I went down 20 min. later, they had not retrieved it from the garage. Took another 15 min. of waiting. When we returned from dinner, no valet person out front. I had to leave my keys at the front desk and hope that they would park my car. Hotel did take valet costs ($20 a day) off my bill, but still anoying.

A Perfect Stay
A most impressive facility with excellent staff and high service values. May well be the best full service hotel in Palm Springs.

Thursday nights there's an artists' street fair in front of the hotel and stretches for about five blocks - it's a great stroll!

good Place to Stay
Everything was great. The only thing missing was a towel hanger in the bathroom. This is the first time that I've stayed in a luxury hotel that we had to lay towels on the bathroom counter because there was not a towel hanger to be found. Otherwise we liked it.

Good Value
Nice friendly staff, good downtown location for shops and restaurants,very nice gym facility,very large room with one tv in bedroom and one in livingroom, fridge and coffee maker.The pool was nice but rather small,the room could have been cleaner,stains on the furniture, dirty patio door and someone had vomited on the outdoor porch which smell pretty bad.

above average hotel. excellent all around service. beautiful pool And poolside service. would definitely stay when in palm springs. please be aware that there is a $15 a night parking charge.

Great family getaway
Hotel was very clean,enjoyed eating the free snacks offered during happy hour. Only problem found was carpet right outside the bathroom was soaked, and it was a non smoking room but it smelled like somenone had been smoking in it.
