Great Place
We loved the Zoso--great location, comfortable bed, spacious. WiFi didn't work the first night but was fine for the next two. Only three stories so it was curious how slow the elevator was (and it appeared that only one of the two elevators worked). Great service.

old palm springs
the hotel is excellant. the rooms are large and it is very modern. the service was excellent from the moment we checked in. everything is always clean. my only complaint is the $15 a day parking fee for your car. hotels ought to eat this or build it into the room rate. there is no other place to park so you must use the garage. the hotel is within easy walking distance of downtown old palm springs. i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Perfect location.
The hotel was great. Perfect location. The security man at the pool was fantastic. He brought out chairs, made sure everyone had water, and was just right there if you needed anything. All staff was very nice and helpful. A drawer in our room was not working, we called it to their attention and it was fixed before we got back.

Group getaway
A group of friends/colleagues used Hotel Zozo in Palm Springs for the site of a get-together. It proved perfect: very modern, CLEAN, cool (important as we went in September when temperatures are high). It's location--in Palm Springs proper--could not be improved: walking to shopping, restaurants, etc. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful for evening swimming. In short, I strongly recommend it.

Awesome place to getaway
The staff was very friendly at all times. The hotel was beautifully decorated, my husband could not stop taking pictures. Plus the location of the hotel couldn't be any better, walking distance to downtown, didn't need to drive if we wanted to go grab a quick ice cream or eat out for dinner. Would definitely stay here on my next visit to Palm Springs.

Could be better
It wasn't great nor bad. Very average. Big room was a plus. In the middle of town. Didn't have to drive. Needs a facelift. Pool is too small. Food is very average. Weird fake tree in the room... Joked about it a lot.

Just ok
Our first impression wasn't the greatest. The valet was strangely unfriendly when we arrived and it took at least an hour for the bell desk to bring up our bags. The room was nice, as was the hotel in general. This is just an observation, and absolutely nothing more, but my husband and I were among the very few straight couples at the hotel. We honestly felt a little out of place. We likely won't be staying at Zoso again.

This place is a joke
Great Location and that's about it. Dark rooms, with broken lights, bad internet connections, broken escalators, broken door entry passes, the list goes on and on. This hotel has SERIOUS deferred maintenance. If you're in your 20s, this hotel is probably amazing to you. If you're a well-travelled professional, this hotel is NOT for you.
