The staff were really helpful and friendly. We went on a super busy weekend and our room wasn't ready at check in, but they waived the resort fee so I can't complain. I really enjoyed the pool and the location. We walked to the downtown area which
The Hard Rock hotel in Palm Springs was, by far, one of the best hotels we've stayed in. The cheapest room was still gorgeous, the staff was incredibly nice, and it was possibly in the best location possible so close to downtown. The shower was
nice, the pool was good (in the morning) and the atmosphere was great. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend. Definitely the place to stay in palm springs if you are looking to party (6 other bachelorettes in the pool that we saw in one day). Crowd is 35 and under, would not recommend for children. Highlights
include pool party on saturday and free "nightclub" in the bar area too. Rooms are modern, rock-themed, and hip, but are not well maintained. We had a hole in the wall where an outlet should have been, holes in the curtains and our friends' safe was completely ripped from the wall. Our floor was also out of ice for the majority of the weekend.
As I said, if you are looking for a good weekend getaway to hang out with friends, this is the place. If you are looking for luxury, peace, and comfort, you may want to keep looking
