great family weekend
Had a great time bonding with my family for my birthday weekend in Palm Springs. Our hotel was nice, quiet and clean. The staff were very accommodating. They even upgraded our room which made our stay even better and more comfortable for the whole family. Will surely stay there again should we visit Palm Springs in the near future.

Okay place to stay
The staff was great. The hotel looked like a converted apartment complex. The pictures on the website are a little misleading. The hotel is very small, and you have to drive a short distance to dine. The pool is also very small. I would recommend staying in one of the larger more expensive hotels so you can eat, swim, tan all in one place.

Poor choice from any perspective.
Checking in, receptionist on phone for 10 minutes, ignored me. The manager was in room behind reception, ignored me. Receptionist couldn't access computer to process my credit card or enter the usual details. Manager came out at one point and finished the computer work for her. Whole process--including walking back out to parking for my car's license #--took 30 minutes and it was only me checking in! I was exhausted from long day of travelling and meetings, so I didn't walk out. I should have, however. The room I was in was next to busy road and very loud. I called the office asked for another room away from the road and was told that someone would call me back as soon as "we check in a long line of guests". No one called back. The room itself was very worn and old. Lamp on desk with broken shade; paint chipping on walls were chair backs hit; carpet stained; front door is glass with mini blinds offering limited privacy; decor is dark purple and blue; coffee pot leaked poring as much coffee on table as into cup--had to mop up with towel; shower head sprayed at all angles; TV service is basic cable, older 32" set that doesn't swivel. After leaving in morning I thought I had left my wallet in the room. I called back and was on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up called again later and receptionist tried to put me on hold again, I declined. I felt my call annoyed her.

Good
The Hotel stafff were great. The amenities could be updated. Old televisons, coffee pot and safe stuffed in a closet. The hotel is on a busy street adn there is traffic noise at night, but not too bad. I would stay again. There a swiming pool and hot tubs. Great court yard for relaxing in the sun.

Mid week getaway
It was my first time at 7 Springs. My friend and I went out mid-week for some business. My only complaint was that we didn't make it to the pool. I walked to some of my favorite places: Trio, and Blue Coyote. Also Angel View thrift store is a couple blocks away! The room was BIG, clean, great comfy beds, with a cute little patio. Most importantly, the staff was AMAZING. So courteous and helpful. My friend hurt her foot, and we had to stay another night at the last minute. They made everything so easy and stress free. Will stay here again ABSOLUTELY!

No room available despite prepaid reservation
We had a prepaid, non-refundable reservation guaranteed for late arrival. Despite that, when we got to the hotel, they said they did not have a room available. They first tried to book us in a "sister hotel" several miles away. We eventually ended up in a different hotel 2.5 miles away in a less desirable area. It was very frustrating and wasted an hour of our time late at night.

7 Springs Inn- a great place to stay
7 Springs Inn has a perfect location within walking distance of many fine restaurants. The beds are very comfortable. Our King room had a completely furnished kitchen area. There is a small pool and a large outdoor spa area. They do not provide breakfast but 1 block away is John's restaurant which serves terrific and huge breakfast deals. The place is very clean and has 70 or more channels on the television. It is an exceptional value for Palm Springs.

John's Restaurant for great breakfast. Thai Smile for excellent thai food. Try the mee krob appetizer. Beware-it will feed two or three people,

7 Springs Hotel,
The front counter people were very courteous. However, the pillow cases, sheets and blankets were damp. I had to turn on the room heater to take the chill off of the bedding, and then I had to wear my clothing in layers to stay warm. The office closed and I had no recourse.

Decent hotel for the price
Overall, the rooms here are pretty nice. Would be better if they updated to flat screen t.v.'s. There was some weird stains on the couch in my room. Also, would've been helpful to know they were doing quite a bit of construction on their rooms. It was annoying to be woken up by loud banging & sawing noises. Both pools are quite small.
