Residence Inn by Marriott Ontario Airport

We didn't spend much time in the facility, but it was clean and we were upgraded to a penthouse, with two separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. The breakfast was fantastic, along with the customary waffles, we had eggs, potatoes and some form of breakfast meat daily. We would certainly stay there again, no question.

I was able to conduct my training at this hotel and did not need to rent a car as it was quite close to the airport and restaurants.

short visit but nice...room had nice granite countertops....the bed was the only negative of the trip....very uncomfortable bed...pretty surroundings outside

The A/C did not work and the staff where not very inclined to compensate or be helpful [...]. They did send the maintenece man but that was with 1hr left in our stay... Very uncomfortable..

Good location for what I came to town for. Noisy in the morning with kids running around playing outside my door. Pool is small, had very small fitness center with old equipment. Good social hour and breakfast!!

Manager was great. Very Nice.

Chose this due to the convenient location and suite format (although the sitting area wasn't really separated and had an awkward angle to the TV). Cleanliness and features were fine, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty mediocre and crowded, with very few hot or fruit choices. Nice to be able to take coffee and/or breakfast back to your room. One morning, there was a strong smell outside of a livestock stockyard -- pretty unpleasant. Liked the kitchen features and the shampoo. The room was pretty dark, even with all the lights on, which was a little depressing. The bath electrical outlet was not well located, making it impossible to use a nightlight without being directly in line with the bed. And the air conditioning/fan was very loud. Pool area was nice.

I really enjoyed my stay at this home away from home hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful they really do catered to your needs. The place is clean and the location was just great. I will stay at this hotel again whenever I travel to the west coast, it's like having a time share apartment!

good location, easy in an out

perfect location, destination was San Bernardino, but decided to stay here because it's quiet and safe for the kids. I always choose The Residence because the rooms are always spotless and the beds are sooo comfy.
