not crowded at this hotel in Ontario Airport area. huge bathroom. acoustically thin walls, could hear neighbors TV. management really good, had set aside a sweater we had left in the room, in anticipating our return. OK breakfast, even the waffle maker worked well...

THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME!
This hotel was really nice. The Guest services desk personnel were exceptional. I know a nice hotel...this place is one of the best. The thing that makes hotel stays rememberable is how you are treated by the staff. TThe staff was respectful, professional, courtesy, imformative and they made you feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very Helpful Front Desk
I was traveling to the area to attend my brother's funeral. The front desk was extremely helpful in giving me travel directions. The biggest disappointment was when I called from the cemetery to say I would need a late check out due to the length of the service but they would not accomodate me. It was only going to be an hour later. The room was clean though I did not spend much time there. Probably would not stay there again.

Nice Hotel; Much better than expected
I really wasn't expecting much from this hotel. We were there for business. We checked in late so all we really needed was place to sleep and get some work done. It turned out to be just what we needed. The room was nice and clean. Looks like it had been recently remodeled. This pics on the site are definitely outdated pics, because it was much nicer than expected. I really hate those generic floral cheap bed spreads that most inexpensive hotels have, but this hotel looked like they just updated their bed linens. My boyfriend needed to get some work done on the computer for the next day so it was nice that the desk and task chair were in a separate adjacent room from the bedroom and tv. I didn't have to worry about disturbing him. About 2am in the morning we made short drive (about 8 mins) to the nearest Fedex office to print our work. It wasn't a far drive at all, just go North down Vineyard, right on foothill on the corner of foothill and haven. When we got back, we finally got some nice sleep. This hotel is great for business travelers. Very close to the airport.

Ontario Mills just a a couple exits down on the freeway. ALSO From the Hotel: Head East on the 10 freeway, take 15 North and Victoria Gardens will be on your left.

The Hotel was really good.
The room was ver comfortable and nicely cleaned on a daily basis - we enjoyed the seperate lounge and the breakfast was good! We will make use of the Hotel again when we go back to do work in that area.
