Really surprised...

On thf outside the hotel was beautiful but the looks were quite deceiving. The inside was terrible. There were stains on the walls and furniture. There was holes in the linen and the breakfast bar area had a B rating. I had an executive suite with a mountain view and I was put on the 1st floor with no view. The television wasn't working well and I called the front desk on numerous occasions but nobody answered. I would never go back here.

Disappointing at best

Description doesn't match the experience. Not much of a suite. Cramped quarters. Bathroom was ridiculous with soap the size of half dollar and towels as thin as a dish rag. A one star experience at a 3 star rate. At $100/night in Ontario I expected much more. The iron didn't work. Needed extra towels if you could call them towels(C-grade quality) and the shower design flooded the bathroom when used. The walls were very thin--too noisy whenever anyone passed by. Workers started using leaf blowers at 7 AM--THANKS for the wake-up noise! The continental breakfast was a JOKE! Yogurt, cereal and a waffle with a TIP jar for pouring a mix that most hotels have as self serve. NO fresh fruit or hot chocolate, etc. Didn't eat there the second day. Furniture in the lobby and at the pool were dated, worn and torn. I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone.

Never again

Room was dirty - micro & refer were removed from the room - only one small bar of soap for two people to use in both the shower & sink - no wash cloths - dirty pool - broken down lawn chairs - and more. One of the worst stays in my 75 years.

Family reunion

The hotel location was excellent. It was near the airport for convenience, and a shuttle was provided, but was not running at our early departure. The staff was helpful, but we felt that the rooms were not supplied with enough towels, cups and coffee. The breakfast was continental, but no fruit was offered. Overall, staff was very helpful, and our stay was good at this hotel.

Pleasant surprise

I am very happy with this, it was my elementary age son and I, and was very pleased with the safety, location, and feel of this place. Beside that fact that it is beautifully decorated, the staff was so helpful and kind. It honestly is the friendliest staff i have come across at a hotel. I will definately go back the next time we are in town!

Ontario Mills mall is very close by went there and was amazed! Make sure to visit the Rainforest Cafe. The hotel actually has a shuttle that will take you and pick you up, no need to look for a parking spot!

Ontario Grand

I planned a trip with my mother and kids ages 14,9 & 7. I have no complaints the hotel was well maintained the clerks were polite and always shared a smile. My mother took out time just to relax away from home the kids and I wanted quality time together. I actually live in the area but I take the kids on outtings once a month and I give this hotel a 5.

The Ontario Grand Hotel was indeed GRAND

My Cousins and I were attending a wedding near Ontario and The Ontario Grand Hotel was a great choice! It's about 5-10min away from The Ontario Mills Mall and though the name of the hotel kept changing every time I looked at its sign, I LOVED every name they chose. We stayed in a Suite so the room was AMAZING! My cousins and I were actually jumping up and down because of how excited we were to be in such a great room. The comforters on the beds were SO SO Comfy, and as I passed empty rooms that were being cleaned, I saw that just about every room was different. I LOVED the way they decorated the rooms. The lady at the breakfast place so very very nice and remembered my family and I every time we went down there. The Breakfast didn't have a great variety, but still good. The workers were very polite and helpful. This hotel was AMAZING and I've been raving about this hotel to my friends and I'd GLADLY stay here again! Its a shame the weather wasn't cooperating with us, because if it were, we'd be lounging by the pool 24/7.

Bad CS, but overall good for the $

Overall it was a nice hotel and its in a good location for the price, but my infant almost broke her leg in the crib the FINALLY supplied, after telling me they did not have any onsite..although they listed that they did on thier website. Then, the manager never tried to help us and we ended up having to purchase a $100 crib ourselves. They also listed that they had a resturant in the hotel, but its only a small area where they serve cont. breakfast and some drinks after 6. Thier website is completely misleading... they say they have things, but then when you get there, they don't. Hard to trust these guys.

Excellent

One of Ontario's best secret is the Hotel Indigo, now names Ontario Grand Inn and Suites, excellent rates and an extremely clean and modern hotel. Suites are very spacious love the hardwood flooring, furniture. Pool was also very clean. Loved the free continental breakfast especially the freshly made warm waffles.
