Excellent
One of Ontario's best secret is the Hotel Indigo, now names Ontario Grand Inn and Suites, excellent rates and an extremely clean and modern hotel. Suites are very spacious love the hardwood flooring, furniture. Pool was also very clean. Loved the free continental breakfast especially the freshly made warm waffles.

Impromptu Getaway
Everything about this hotel was great. Upon arrival, my information was not entered into the system. The lady at the front desk felt very bad and upgraded me to a king suite. I was impressed with how she handled the situation. In addition, she made me feel very welcomed as if I was at her house. The room was large. The decor was perfect and the painted walls added an extra touch. The two most important parts I enjoyed about the room was the super comfortable king size bed, and the european shower, which had an awesome shower head. The staff was very friendly. Poolside breakfast in the morning was very enjoyable. This was a perfect trip to get away from the daily grind of a combination of university and work. If time permits, I will stay at this hotel when I seek relaxation. If you need a getaway, this is the place to be.

Ontario Mills Mall (outlet shopping) is less then a mile away. Victoria Gardens, an outdoor shopping mall, with a classy touch, is located about four miles away.

The Ontario Grand Hotel was indeed GRAND
My Cousins and I were attending a wedding near Ontario and The Ontario Grand Hotel was a great choice!It's about 5-10min away from The Ontario Mills Mall and though the name of the hotel kept changing every time I looked at its sign, I LOVED every name they chose. We stayed in a Suite so the room was AMAZING! My cousins and I were actually jumping up and down because of how excited we were to be in such a great room. The comforters on the beds were SO SO Comfy, and as I passed empty rooms that were being cleaned, I saw that just about every room was different. I LOVED the way they decorated the rooms. The lady at the breakfast place so very very nice and remembered my family and I every time we went down there. The Breakfast didn't have a great variety, but still good. The workers were very polite and helpful. This hotel was AMAZING and I've been raving about this hotel to my friends and I'd GLADLY stay here again! Its a shame the weather wasn't cooperating with us, because if it were, we'd be lounging by the pool 24/7.

Like a botique hotel, great service
A great hotel! Best service, private pool and hot tub. Top of the line linnens in clean beautiful, large rooms. Attention to detail. Close to malls and mountains and Ontario airport.

Ontario Grand
I planned a trip with my mother and kids ages 14,9 & 7. I have no complaints the hotel was well maintained the clerks were polite and always shared a smile. My mother took out time just to relax away from home the kids and I wanted quality time together. I actually live in the area but I take the kids on outtings once a month and I give this hotel a 5.

I recommend the Market Broiler located at the Ontario Mills Mall. The jazz band was delightful and the food was great.

It was great!
I stayed for one night while I was in town for Escape from Wonderland. We booked the two queen suite since there were 4 people in my group, but they didn't have any clean so we were switched to a king suite with a roll away bed. Even so, It was so much better than I expected at $70 a night, I'll definitely stay here again.

Diamond in the rough
My boyfriend found this place online. We needed to get away but wanted a great deal. Didn't expect to stay five more nights and we did. They gave us a really good rate for the five day. My boyfriend got a upgrade. So we got a suite with its own living room. Sweet set up. The room had a hair dryer, refrigerator, and a comfy bed. Staff was friendly and nice. The only that bothered me was that the continental breakfast didn't have scrambled eggs, toast, and fresh fruit. That was the only bummer but can't complain too much for the price. Great stay and definitely for the price a diamond in the rough. I would stay here again.
