Never again

Room was dirty - micro & refer were removed from the room - only one small bar of soap for two people to use in both the shower & sink - no wash cloths - dirty pool - broken down lawn chairs - and more. One of the worst stays in my 75 years.

great place to relax and unwind

I was on vacation alone and this was a great place to stay. It'd be lovely if you were w/ someone special as well. Very close to the Ontario Airport, the Rancho Cucamonga Metrolink station and Ontario Mills made it easy for me to get around. The complimentary shuttle will take you within 3 miles of the hotel and all 3 of those places are within reach. Perfect since I didn't rent a car and my friends that live in the area weren't available until later in the day. There are a lot of good places to eat within 3 miles of the hotel so you never have to worry about going hungry. I'd avoid eating at hotel cafe for dinner though. The "snacks" were pretty much pop in the microwave appetizers and overpriced at that. It's best to just take a nice stroll or hop on over to many of the GREAT local eateries. I didn't get the chance to use the pool or sit outside in the lounge, but I did take a look out there. The furniture is a bit worn, but it's still looked like a nice little spot to enjoy the sun and relax if you don't have any plans for the day. I loved the hardwood floors and the bed was super comfy. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Dining tip: Long walk from hotel

Head up to 4th and Miliken for lots of good eats. I had Green Mango Thai Bistro and Kula Revolving sushi and had I had some extra time I would've stopped in again. Also if you're there over the weekend and want to get into LA, head up the the Rancho Cucamonga Metrolink Station and purchase a weekend pass for $10 and spend some time in the city without having to deal with the traffic.

Fabulous room, easy access

The room was so great, that I spent a lot more time in my hotel room than I ever do on vacation. The bed was absolutely divine: soft, fluffy, smooth sheets, great comforter. I kept finding reasons to stay in and take naps. I love the decor.

Family reunion

The hotel location was excellent. It was near the airport for convenience, and a shuttle was provided, but was not running at our early departure. The staff was helpful, but we felt that the rooms were not supplied with enough towels, cups and coffee. The breakfast was continental, but no fruit was offered. Overall, staff was very helpful, and our stay was good at this hotel.

Nice place to stay

Loved the room. The staff was very friendly. The only thing that could be improved is our tv volume didn't work on a bunch of channels and the breakfast was cereal and waffles that is all.

Would love to stay again

GREAT, pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. Stayed on the first floor and couldn't hear anyone around us, except for the closest door to us. We had a suite and it was big, disabled access. Very comfy, rooms real clean. Walls needed some cosmetic touch ups. Hotel was full the first night so on site parking was at a premium. Room didn't have a microwave which was missed or a blow dryer. Don't order "room service" from Boston's, the card is in the room. Worst food ever. Dry, overcooked and disgusting. We stayed two nights and really liked the area, more corporate/business but a huge mall a few miles away and restaurants galore. I will definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay again when the next quilt convention comes to town.

DO NOT EAT THERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. MOST DISGUSTING FOOD. Plenty of other restaurants near the Ontario Mall area to choose from.

Fantastic Hotel

From the moment we walked in, we knew it was a cut above. The amenities were plentiful. The front desk was fast and effecient. Always fast to help. When we opened the door to the room...we were WOWED! Beautifully done. Comfortable. More like amini suite than a room. We will go back to this hotel the next time we are in town.
