Ontario Grand Inn & Suites
I had one issue, the original room they had given me had not been cleaned yet, so they gave me a different one. Other than that, can't complain, friendly staff, comfortable room and bed, and a good price. I will definitely stay there again.

Like a botique hotel, great service
A great hotel! Best service, private pool and hot tub. Top of the line linnens in clean beautiful, large rooms. Attention to detail. Close to malls and mountains and Ontario airport.

Drive to the mountains less than 30 min. Stunning views and lovely lodge resturant about 5000 ft.

I planned a trip with my mother and kids ages 14,9 & 7. I have no complaints the hotel was well maintained the clerks were polite and always shared a smile. My mother took out time just to relax away from home the kids and I wanted quality time together. I actually live in the area but I take the kids on outtings once a month and I give this hotel a 5.

I recommend the Market Broiler located at the Ontario Mills Mall. The jazz band was delightful and the food was great.

Awesome Hotel
We had a great stay for four nights while attending a sporting competition at the Citizens Bank Arena. This is not an ordinary budget hotel. We really liked the contemporary decor of the rooms - hardwood flooring, large shower and awesome bedding. The hotel staff was fantastic. They are really friendly and helpful. The exercise room and breakfast buffet are average at best, but our overall experience was wonderful.

Comfortable and Convenent
The room was clean, nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were accomidating and helpfull. The pool was nice and clean and warm. The breakfast was the only thing we thought could of been alittle better but it was still okay. It was quiet and had internet access and a exercise room. It was in a good location and we would diffently stay there again.

cold and uneasy
Well I came in to check in and the guy was on his cell phone texting instead of helping me. Then he told me to come back in 20 mins he had no rooms ready, the parking lot was empty, so I waited then I got the room and it was missing lamps and table felt very empty to me. I asked to change rooms and it felt like I was asking for a full refund but I got it changed. Overall horrible customer service I put up a do not disturb sign and kept getting disturbed by staff for dumb reasons overall I didint enjoy my stay and felt like I wasted my money oh and my reservation was not done correctly and they tried to kick me out a day early. Stay somewhere else.

not as good as others
ive stayed at this hotel but the room i ended up gettig was not as big as the other times ive stayed here. I requested the room ive stayed in but they where so busy it was impossible.

sucky hotel
During check in, the ladies were not professional. They laughed at what my situation was. I asked for a different room, and they made a big deal about it, and the girl attendent and the other girl in the back started speaking out loud how they didnt have any rooms available and i was going to stay with the one i have. She then proceeded to tell me that they had none cleaned at the moment. As i recall Check out is at 11am, and I checked in at 4:45 pm. So, they were trying to tell me that at almost 5 in the afternoon they didnt have any CLEAN available! that is some BS. I told the girl i wanted my money back, so then she said "oh look, there is one left". so to wrap this up, I rate this hotel a ONE STAR.
