as i was checking in young woman was on phone she look at me and continued .then when i check in she stated that it a fifty dollar extra charge for incidentals but the proble ii had was that my credit card wouldent be charged back for three days . so i suggested cash and got attitude . she did allow me to post cash but stated that she was gonna mark my name for reason or another that i didn"t really understand .so the next time i stay i would have to use credit card i did tell her i would not stay again so it didn't matter i will not use a card if it won"t get charged back in a timely fashion

Above Average and below Excellent
Check in staff friendly. Clean lobby and clean room. Outdated interiors and broken window on a building next to pool. The towels were old and outdated....and thin and small. The arrival cookie was good! Unexpected additional charge upon check in.

Nice staff
We booked last minute and found a good deal online. The staff was friendly and they had good continental breakfast options. I would stay here again.

Convenient Location and Great Value
This hotel was an excellent choice. The location was within walking distance to the Convention Center. The hotel provided a daily shuttle to the convention center. The hotel staff was very courteous and will spoil you.rotten! The room was very comfortable and clean complete with amenities. For the value, this establishment can't be beat! Further, there was plenty of places to shop just a couple of exits away. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing to be in close proximity to the convention center or simply staying overfnight.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Some how my reservation was made on the 2nd instead of the 11th but they straightened it out with no problems. Also helpful on where a good place to eat might be. Very nice rooms and comfortable beds.

Airport Shuttle requires prior appointment
I got to the airport at 10 pm, called the hotel, and they told me nobody was available to drive the shuttle because I didn't make a reservation. I had to spend $15 on a cab to get to the hotel. The Orb. site doesn't mention anything about calling for a shuttle appointment. The rooms open to the outside, not a hallway, it is an older property, but otherwise very decent for the money. The complimentary cookie didn't make up for the cab ride.
