overall experience ??. hotel worn, dated. dirty carpeting. water leaked through curtain while showering. boiled eggs, butter, cream cheese- too cold (almost frozen) at breakfast.

check room carefully
This hotel has seen its better days. At least on the 8 th floor. Poorly repaired holes in several areas including doors in room. Cleanliness barely acceptable.Cigarette butts in stairways never removed during 3 day stay. Ice maker on odd numbered floors. 7th didn't work so walked down to 5th. Skunk smell in elevator and stairways Friday night. I HAD TO MAKE 5 REQUESTS FOR A COFFEE MAKER before demanding one on Saturday night. Good points staff was friendly and courteous if not efficient in locating the coffee maker. Saturday's breakfast spread was great but Monday's was far less diverse. Shuttle was on time with GOOD drivers which is always a relieve.Lobby, main floor and grounds very nice but check your room before staying.

Blank Angus on Porsche Ave, St(?) was close, with excellent meal for price range, great staff and friendly atmosphere. A pleasant respite.

Very Nice Stay
I had a very nice stay at the La Quinta Inn in Ontario. The hotel is very close to the airport. My room was clean, staff was courteous, & the free breakfast was nice. I wished there was some kind of meat included in the breakfast, e.g. bacon, sausage, etc. Altogether, I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The rates were hard to beat!

Just Ok
Very comfortable and clean- good TV- except there was some black dirt/mold around the edge of the tub that the front desk clerk promised to take care of. The room service was from a third party, overly expensive, and arrived cold. Lack of food choices locally (walking distance) was the most disappointing.

Riverside is a 20 minute drive away, and has varied and great dining choices. I really liked The Daily Grind coffee and eatery for hip atmosphere and vegan choices.

It could have been better
Well, if you don't count the shooting they had on Saturday night, no where to park during this time, afraid to go to my room, people crying and screaming, then at 2am on Monday morning ther was a guy yelling and screaming at someone on the phone under my window and using a lot of profanity, I was very scared. I also got a wake up call at 6:45am that I did not request (they called the wrong room). Other than these "minor" few things, I guess I had a great stay!
